After looking at and wanting one of these for a while to go in our Cinema Room we finally took the plunge and went for the MOD 6. Everything was spot on from order to delivery! When we got it un-packed and zipped together (tweaked the configuration to suit our space but that's the beauty of the modular design) it was better than we'd hoped for plump, comfy and the perfect addition for our family movie nights. My main concern was how the bean filling would settle as it inevitably would, yes it did soften and sag after a good couple of uses but in steps the brilliant customer service who were more than happy to help by sending additional filling to top it up, given it is a pretty standard thing to happen to thses kind of seats. The filling arrived, top up was easy and everything restored back to the way it was delivered. We've had it a good couple months now and glad we took the plunge! Would highly recommend 👌🏼

We thought long and hard about some outdoor furniture for our new patio and eventually decided to give the Ambient Lounge two-seater sofas a go. We are not disappointed - they are comfortable, look great and are very flexible - we can use them out on the patio and also put them in our garden room for indoor hanging out when the weather isn’t as good. Two uses in one! Only thing to be aware of is that filling the covers with the beans is a bit of mission - and easier with two people. It took us a few hours, which was longer than anticipated.

I have 2 of these dog beds and they are simply amazing. I also ordered spare covers so that I could alternate whilst washing. Although I have 2, my 3 dogs still appear to be very comfortable just sharing the 1!!!

Best dog bed we have ever purchased - its a simple as that. We have three terrors ranging from a 12 year old Staffy to a 6 month old American Bully - they all absolutely love the bed. Its supportive without being too firm which helps the joints on our old boy and robust enough for the youngster to launch off when he's larking about. When the time comes to replace it I wouldnt hesitate to purchase another.

We ordered the Luxury Indoor/Outdoor Pet Bed (original) in medium for our dog who always destroys his beds within weeks of purchasing them. We were very worried about spending so much money on a pet bed, but after reading reviews decided to take the chance. We have NOT been disappointed! it’s the best bed we have ever purchased and believe me we have gone through many in the last 3 years! The quality is absolutely fantastic and try as he might our dog hasn’t managed to damage it at all in the nearly 3 months we have had it for! The material is super tuff and love the zip on/off fur that can be removed for hot weather and put back on in the colder months. The bed comes unfilled, but is so easy to fill with no mess thanks to the cleverly thought out design of the zip together funnel system. It’s also the first bed our dog looks genuinely comfy in and he will sleep for hours on it. It’s definitely true when they say you get what you pay for and the time and thought that has gone into the design of this bed makes it 100% worth the money. Well done Ambient Lounge 10/10

This bed is amazing. Our pup loves it and loads of room to grow into!! Easy to fill and love the fact the top zip offs so bed always fresh and clean. Only had to call once to check delivery date and service was first class!

The bed was cute, but too small even though I went for the size suggested. The biggest problem is that it doesn't come filled, you have to fill it with the tiny white balls yourself and they go everywhere. For the price you pay I would expect it to come already filled. In the end I gave it to someone else who had a smaller dog. I have given 4 stars because the quality of the product is excellent, it is just what they expect you to do yourself, is wrong for the price point.

Excellent and fast service.Couldn’t fault. My Dog loves her new Ambient lounge bed. Well worth it. Looks lovely in the living room. Now ordering throws and cushion covers. To match her bed.
