5 star service. Will arranged to view my property promptly in order to put a quote together. His quote was way better than all other competitors and I could tell he was very experienced. We arranged a day which was suitable for both of us and he turned up and did the work within a day. Work was completed to a very high standard and exactly how I wanted it. Would definitely recommend. We got in touch with Manor Loft Specialists by submitting an enquiry on their website. I heard back, via email, within a few hours. We requested the entire loft to be boarded, with a new loft hatch to be created and a ladder fitted. Will was able to fit our work in, within a week or so and he was always polite and punctual throughout our dealings with him. The work was all completed quickly, professionally and to a high standard. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Manor Loft Specialists to friends, family and google for any loft work they may need doing.

Will was the only loft specialist who responded to my request for a quote to have my loft boarded, a light and ladder fitted. He came at the specified time to assess the work needed and provided a good reasonable quote quickly. Despite a misunderstanding on when the work was to be carried out, he came on the agreed day discussed on the phone and did an excellent job, professionally and I was impressed that he put dust sheets down too! His work is of a high standard for a good price too. Will is a friendly and professional tradesman and he did some extra work and charged me a little less than the original quote on my loft due to the previous misunderstanding.
