5 star service. Will arranged to view my property promptly in order to put a quote together. His quote was way better than all other competitors and I could tell he was very experienced. We arranged a day which was suitable for both of us and he turned up and did the work within a day. Work was completed to a very high standard and exactly how I wanted it. Would definitely recommend. Will was the only loft specialist who responded to my request for a quote to have my loft boarded, a light and ladder fitted. He came at the specified time to assess the work needed and provided a good reasonable quote quickly. Despite a misunderstanding on when the work was to be carried out, he came on the agreed day discussed on the phone and did an excellent job, professionally and I was impressed that he put dust sheets down too! His work is of a high standard for a good price too. Will is a friendly and professional tradesman and he did some extra work and charged me a little less than the original quote on my loft due to the previous misunderstanding. Emailed via there website without any response, also contacted them via their social media platform again my enquiries ignored, shame really as the work seemed of decent quality judging from pictures however the lack of basic communication is scary. Update: the firm made contact and provided sufficient explanation to the delayed communication hence revised rating.
