Very happy with this company; provided a competitive quote for installing a new hatch and loft ladder, materials used are good quality and exactly what I was looking for, and both the staff who came on the initial visit to provide a quote and then fit the hatch/ladder were professional, friendly and put simply did a good job.

Had a new loft hatch and ladder installed after receiving a competitive quote from Liam. On the day Alex arrived on time. His work was done to to very good standard. We were a little apprehensive about letting the job go ahead during lockdown. We are pleased to say that both workers wore masks and kept a good social distance at all times. They arrived earlier than arranged and set about the job quickly and efficiently. The finished job was excellent and there was little or no debris left when they had finished. The operation of the loft ladder was fully explained and we were more than satisfied with the whole experience. I would have no hesitation in recommending this firm to anyone

Chris and James installed a loft ladder, some boarding to the loft and fixed our broken light. They were both extremely friendly, whilst staying professional. Plus, they took all the rubbish away and hoovered up after themselves. Would highly recommend.

After my initial call to the company they promptly sent someone out to do a quote. I agreed to the work and I was kept up to date regarding commencement dates. The work was carried out efficiently and to a high standard. The installer was polite and courteous at all times and covid safety aware. Loft insulation,boarding ,light and hatch with ladder fitted. Steve was punctual and very professional.He arrived on time, socially distanced with mask and carpet protectors on. He worked hard and cleaned up after himself, mindful of the fact that I had just finished a night shift. He took time to explain the process, showing me the insulation before boarding over and tidying up. He demonstrated the loft ladder/ hatch mechanism until I was happy with how it worked. Brilliant job, I'm so happy with the result , and looking forward to filling the space! 👍👍

More than Loft Loft Ladders fitted a retractable loft ladder, boarding in the roof and a light so that we can access our boiler. The company provided an efficient service leaving everything nest and tidy. You wouldn't know they had been. Friendly team who turned up when they said they would to quote (2 other companies never responded to my query). Kept us well informed when our work was pushed back a few weeks due to Covid-19 and made every effort to fit us in as soon as they could. Liam came out to give me a quote for boarding my loft and were a lot better than another local company I had around a few days earlier. More Than Loft Ladders were so much more professional and actually wanted to do the work even if some of the loft area is tricky to get to. I would happily recommend them.
