Great service, friendly and professional, and fast! I got in touch with 3 different cushion refilling services, and although Putnam's wasn't the lowest price, there was clearly much more thought and engagement than the other companies offered. They asked me some useful questions, gave me all the info I needed, and stayed in touch the whole way through the process. They made the shipping dead easy, and returned my cushions, refilled, within a week. Now that they're on the sofas, the difference is like night and day. A really professional job, which I couldn't recommend more.

Excellent service and very quick. Just had my leather sofa cushions filled which had all gone very saggy, out of shape and not supportive. Now they are firmer, shape much better, more comfortable and supportive and no more plumping. Can highly recommend Putnams, very helpful.

Everything about my experience with this company has been seamless from start to finish. I bought a mattress 3 years ago and have recently gone back to Putnums to order the anti ageing pillow. A fabulous product, not only has it significantly reduced my puffy eyes in the morning but has also helped my neck problems by keeping my head and neck aligned. I contacted them on the delivery day needing to change the delivery date and they sorted it out for me no problems at all. A lovely family run business that I’d recommend to anyone!

Putnam people work magic! Our two leather sofas were 17 years old and terribly flat and out of shape from use over the years by us, children and grandchildren. Our spine and backs started to complain badly as our posture got worse. I find the Putnams advert and decided to use them. You send the cushions off to them, they stuff them using excellent quality materials, by a team who are experienced and know what they are doing. Some other companies I looked up just sent you the stuffing to do yourself. I think that is a poor option, as you can’t be sure they will fit perfectly. Putnams do the whole job and we had our cushions back within a week. Which is really good if you consider how busy they are and it’s nearly Xmas. The communication with Bubbles, Tracey and Lynne was efficient, helpful, very friendly and professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Putnams to anyone. They are clearly Fairy Godmothers!!! Thanks to all at Putnams for a fantastic job! Our sofas are good for another 17 years now and our spines have stopped crying!

We purchased 2 new sofas costing £4k in January; the base cushions were not comfortable. Found Putnams on the internet, took up their recommendation to visit to try out base cushions, 10 days later collected them and they have transformed the sofas. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Please use this family firm, they are excellent.

First time ordering with Putnams and it won’t be the last. I ordered two double bed wedges and they are fantastic, so pleased with them. I originally ordered the standard wedges but as my son has PoTs syndrome he has trouble regulating his body temperature so I contacted the wonderful team at Putnam’s and Bubbles was extremely helpful in assisting me with a swap for two of the Latex bed wedges which will help to keep my son cool at night. I recently purchased the ‘Putnams Bed Wedge for Acid Reflux’ with the memory foam top and I can’t fault it! Prior to using this product, my acid reflux frequently woke me in the night, but since using this bed wedge I have been able to sleep without interruption! It has been a godsend and I would highly recommend it. The slope is so gradual that you hardly notice that you are raised in bed. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ five stars all the way!

I have been using the Putnam’s kneeling chair for over 10 years. I run the design studio Newwave Design, sitting on poorly upholstered chairs in my previous job coupled with long nights working caused permanent soreness when I sit. This means I am no longer able to sit in office chairs. The chair evenly distributed pressure between my knees and bottom, I use the chair in the high position and with a raised height desk which is essential. This enabled me to work through the day. I used to find I would strain my neck too in regular chairs when it was really cold, turning to speak to people behind me, but this chair allows your spine to pivot - preventing this issue and straightening my back in the process. A number of people have come to my studio and seen the chair who were struggling with back problems, and then go on to buy one themselves. One client came in after two years and thanked me as it had resolved his back issue. Some bought cheaper versions from other suppliers and regretted it due to the terrible upholstery. I have contacted Putnam’s a few times and they have been very helpful and flexible. They even created seat and knee pads with a higher density foam. To ensure they got it right they sent me different foam grade samples. This level of support is not what you expect from a manufacturer of a commodity product, but it’s exactly what you should do to build a great brand – well done!

Life has changed so much for all of us during the pandemic and one of my priorities has been to make my home as comfortable as possible – which includes having the saggy sofa cushions re-stuffed! So happy to have found Putnams – great communication and the personal touch that is so rare these days. Couldn’t have been easier – telephone discussion of what I wanted, then just posted my empty cushions to them and they came back (super-quickly!) like new. I was told about Putnams by another business who couldn't help me with some replacement foam cushions for my recliner. A receptionist at Putnams called Emily helped me with my cushions later in the day my cushions were ready for collection cut to size and a backing put on them. I had to return the following day for the cushions to be trimmed slightly, again I had them back later that day. I would recommend Putnams to enyone needing help with foam as they seem to do a wide range of products. I would like to thank Emily and staff at Putnams for there help and professionalism.

Excellent service from Amber. Had to buy replacement sofa seat cushions for a Parker Knoll sofa under five years old. Very poor customer service from Parker Knoll so would never recommend them. However the service from Amber ( recommended by Fairway Furniture) was exemplary. She clearly knows her job very well. We are very pleased with our new sofa cushions.
