Amazing customer service! Contacted Olympia customer service about one of their roughneck products which I assumed was well out of warranty and they were more than helpful and impeccably professional and efficient at getting back to my emails. All 3 members of their team Leo Edwards, Millie Green and Agnieszka Kowalewska were fantastically helpful and very quick to resolve the matter. Very impressed at level of service and professionalism.Thank You.

didn't realise these tools have a lifetime guarantee!! phoned the company and then again to my surprise they were 5 minutes from where I live. I popped in with my faulty log splitting maul and with excellent no fuss service from the the young lady Millie at reception was given a new replacement maul and handed in my faulty one. Very happy with my first experience with this company. Also Millie informed me that Roughneck will be modifying the problem with a new design shortly. Highly recommended customer service. Omg why cant all companies be like Olympia. Customer service that every other business should aspire to. Fantastic tools, even better customer service.
