I have just used Matt of Highgrade Carpentry to correct a previous builders dreadful work. Matt and his team were very professional and skilled craftsmen, very knowledgeable and helpful at all times. They completed the work well within the timeframe and with a minimum amount of fuss and disruption. They did an excellent job in transforming the appearance of our home to something which we can now be truly proud of. Thank you Matt, Richard and Dean. High grade Carpentry installed 9 internal oak doors In our house. Matt was very quick at responding with a quote at a very competitive price and quickly started the job. He is friendly and professional and has done an excellent job, he cleans up after himself and always consulted us along the way. High Grade Carpentry - 5 STARS From the day we met Matt, we knew we were going to employee him for our loft conversion. Up until the point we spoke to Matt we had been messed around by various other people, and I was ready to scrap the whole project. But Matt came to our home and turned it around, he was professional, knowledgeable, and had a positive attitude to the job. The team he works with are fantastic, every single one of them were polite, and courteous to us and our neighbors. They were here everyday at 8am (when material supplies would allow given the current situation), and kept us informed along the way. Our conversion was completed with very little disruption to us and our home, the end result was to an extremely high standard, some finishes were beyond expectation, we are so happy with our new loft room. I can’t explain how happy I am with my new roof!!!! Matt and the boys took our roof off and put the new roof on in such a short amount of time. Even the neighbours commented on how fast it was. The guys were very friendly and courteous of our neighbours and worked so hard to ensure we were weather tight before the rain came.
