Excellent service from beginning to end. Prompt when I asked for a new back door. Measured, price quoting to installation. Wayne to door installation guy arrived at exactly the time I was expecting him too He began work immediately Very professional cleaned up as he went along. He was very pleasant and chatted whilst he worked. (Not at all like some workmen who put their tools down and talk for hours. ) He completed the door made sure it was working fine and cleaned it. Absolutely fantastic company from start to finish. Initially contacted them for a quote on conservatory which the promptly came and did and turned out to be very competitive price so we decided to go with lifestyle as a local company. Best decision ever - the builders we had were a great bunch of chaps very friendly and answered any questions I had, respected the property and tidied up after themselves. Even waved to my little boy through the window on a daily basis which he was suitably impressed at 👍 Then the window fitters who came the following week were an absolute asset to the company - again very friendly and even went the extra mile with the down pipe queries we had. Mark has kept me updated throughout the whole process by email which has been fantastic Would recommend 10/10 - thank you Lifestyle

We have had 14 windows, 4 main doors as well as our soffits and fascia replaced using Lifestyle Designs. Why do I keep coming back to them ? Firstly, the calculator on the web site allows you to see how much the window will cost. You can try 3 openings or none etc and see which fits into your budget, so no big shocks about prices later. There is no hard sell or pressure to buy, which make a huge difference. Without exception all the staff, from those answering the phone , the person giving the quote, the surveyors and lastly the fitters have all been friendly and respected my home. For example removing shoes even when told it is ok to come in without them. We have always been pleased with the final result. I have recently arranged for them to fit patio doors at my mother’s house. So, yes, I would definitely recommend them.

Lifestyle Designs did an amazing job, i had a large dorma window and a leaking roof replaced. The fitters were brilliant, very polite , professional and hard working, despite the severe weather. What a great job, were having more windows and a front door fitted in the New Year on the back of such a great job. Cannot recommend them enough.

We had french doors fitted by this outfit and the men who came were excellent very tidy and thorough therefore we chose to have windows done a little later however it just highlights it all depends who you get on the day !! The guys were no where near asgood despite one of them sayinghe had workedfor 16 years for them tthey did not put dust sheets down on my new carpet got dirt all over the walls got silicone on the radiators and scratched the window sill The outside looked half finished however on speaking to their manager he made excuses for them and was quite indignant by email when I mentioned the problems and mildly apologised well it seems you are expected to accept problems as part and parcel of the work which is not acceptable when you have had good work done previously Cant really recommend them as you are made to feel like you cant complain even though they say they need feed back Good luck if you use them!!!🙄

Right from the off this company was different to others. For one, they weren’t at all pushy, not your typical sales people at all. They were honest, punctual and incredibly competitive. The workmen only took 2 days to do the entire house and a lovely gentleman came to check I was happy with the work (I was). They did a superb job and I can not recommend them enough. Thank you all!

i recently had new windows and doors installed on my house plus an extra window and patio doors installed where they had to remove the brickwork first, i am really impresses by not only the price of the job but also the workmanship, Carl and Daz the builders where amazing as i also needed 4 new lintels installing and the quality of there work is amazing, the window fitters where polite and Punctual and also did an excellent job, Andy who came out to give me the initial quote was spot on, no pressure to buy and he even took me to the warehouse where they manufacture the windows to show me the different window designs/options that where available to me. I Really feel that lifestyle Designs went above and beyond and i would recommend 100% Also id like to clarify that the review from Shane Willot is nothing to do with me or my family.

I feel compelled to put into writing about the recent excellent customer service I received from Lifestyle Design Ltd. In August 2013 they fitted various windows and doors at my bungalow in Hankelow. Last week one of the window catches failed. One phone call to their office (name Jontie,I think) and the faulty window catch was replaced within 4 days by a smilee engineer. No quibbling , no qualms just honest to goodness excellent customer service. Brilliant , well done.

I recently had a ring round for a replacement broken window for my sons house and was surprised at a lot of the ridiculous prices I then remembered my own windows were sourced from lifestyle 7 years ago by a friend/builder and I was very pleased with the price and quality They gave me a fair honest price and did a great no mess job of replacing the broken window at my sons house I will not hesitate to use lifestyle again
