We had loft flooring and a window installed and Scott and his team did a fantastic job. Company were super responsive, consistent in following up, competitively priced and then showed up on time and delivered an excellent job and left everything clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely fantastic staff and very helpful. Always kept me up to date with changes and resolved queries quickly. Very pleased with my loft boarding, storage and electrical points/light. Very neat and tidy workers. Adjusted original plan with my permission to make the most of the space in the loft. Would not accept payment until I was fully satisfied with everything. It has been an absolute pleasure working with Loft Ins Space. From the very first communication I had right up too Scott & Dom coming to complete the job. Your company is professionalism personified!! There are many businesses out there that could do with taking a look at how you operate and learn a thing or two. Michael came to have a look at my loft and he was lovely, there was no pressure from him, he gave me the quote and all of the information and then left us to get in touch. We weren’t bombarded with calls or emails pressuring us in to booking. After a chat with my partner we decided to go ahead with the loft. I contacted you and you were so easy to deal with, and you were kind enough to give us a discount for which I am ever so grateful. We had your electrical contractor come out to us who were great. Turned up on time, we’re polite, efficient, and even fixed a bedroom light fitting for me while they were here. Amazing service. Then Scott & Dom came on the Monday morning, again on time and I have to say they were absolutely amazing. So polite and friendly. They worked their socks off all day and barely stopped. They went over and above what I expected and made sure the job was completed to a standard I never expected. What a duo, they are a credit to your company. To say we are happy is an understatement. From start to finish working with you has been amazing and I will be recommending you to everyone I know. Can’t thank you enough for getting the job done so quickly too, that has really helped not only me but my mum too, very grateful.

Steffan was friendly and efficient on the phone. There is a centralised phone number, but I would use the area numbers ( Swansea/Cardiff/Newport) for more prompt service. The surveyor was very professional and the guys who fitted my loft ladder were polite and did an excellent job as my loft space isn't easy to access. They cleared up afterwards and demonstrated how it worked. Couldn't fault the service.

We are more than happy with the work carried out to improve the access to our loft space. Creating a new opening, ladder, flooring and lighting. Arrived on time and cleaned up after themselves.
