Really pleased with every stage of the process. Steve was really friendly and professional when coming out to quote the work. Jack and Henry were very polite, courteous, neat and tidy. Artisan Loft Ladders installed electric loft ladder and boarded the floor in the attic at my property on the 26th May 2022 Steve, Jack and Henry have delivered excellent service. They are very professional, friendly, polite and hardworking. I'm very happy with my newly installed electric loft ladder. I only have to press the remote and the loft ladder magically comes down and goes up when im done. They also boarded the attic floor and i now have amazing storage space which makes my life easier. Where i can now store all my clutter hidden away in the attic. I highly recommend Artisan Loft Ladders. Let's support our local tradesman who delivers excellent service.

Steve provided an extremely professional service from the start and gave us clear advice. This included telling us to get a structural engineers drawing for the new loft hatch. Once we had obtained this he quickly booked in the installation and arrived on time as expected. The ladder and hatch assembly that was installed by Steve is absolutely fantastic. It is large enough to fit suitcases through with ease. The metal ladder has grips on the steps cast into it and has a handrail fitted. Despite its size it is perfectly balanced and can be lifted back into the loft with 2 fingers. Absolutely fantastic. 3 lights have been fitted which are battery operated and have long pull cords to switch on. Attention to detail included fluorescent tape on the cords so that they can be easily spotted. The whole loft was boarded by Steve and Jack and was built up on rails to support extra weight. A ledge was put near the ladder opening to allow boxes etc to be rested as you climb in. The price was surprisingly low for such a lot of work and a great ladder. I cannot praise the workmanship enough and would recommend the services of Artisan Loft Ladders to all.

Highly recommend Steve! He has done an excellent job. He put down protection for our stairs, wore a mask, dust sheets in the room he was working in and then cleaned up immaculately before he left. We're very happy with the job he's done. He really cares about his craft.

We were very happy with Artisan, they installed flooring today in our loft space and a set of loft ladders. Steve is an experienced, professional and conscientious carpenter. The work is to an excellent standard and all aspects were carefully considered, including safety and usability. They chose good quality loft ladders and the floor was very neatly fitted. Steve came to install flooring in our loft. He was thoughtful, knowledgable and brilliant. He is obviously use to looking at a system and modifying what he needs to do. All the extra details he added on have made getting up into the loft safer and easier. He's done an excellent job and if I had more than one loft I'd have him back in a shot. Steve was recommended by our son who had had his loft boarded. Steve came to board our loft and put in a special ladder. This was a small loft in the top of a dormer bungalow access was restricted, Steve showed us various options for the ladder. His recommendation works really well and is an excellent ladder. Throughout the process Steve kept us aware of what he was doing and made suggestions to achieve what we wanted. The whole process went smoothly and Steve completed a fantastic job. Highly recommended. Following this we had Steve whoo is a joiner to fit a new handrail on our stairs, as with the loft he carried out a excellent job.
