We visited the showroom last year, Lee & Graham were excellent in advising us which staircase to go for. We went for walnut staircase. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend Stairplan!!

I ordered a New Trade Range with Glass stair from Stairplan and have nothing but praise for the efficiency of the sales department and the quality of the product and the delivery service. As we were working on a budget there was some trepidation ordering sight unseen as the cost was very reasonable when compared to other sources. What we received was a product far superior to anything we had seen and while it was not a full oak stair, just a trade stair, the quality was anything but "budget". My questions on fitting were answered instantly and politely by Lee. I would have no hesitation using Stairplan again or recommending them without reservation.

Recently bought my dream staircase from Stairplan. All I can say is 10/10! The X-Vision staircase not only was the staircase amazing but from start to finish I was amazed by the quality and helpfulness of the staff. Recently purchased an oak and glass staircase from Stairplan after being recommended by a friend! After vising the showroom i was blown away by the quality and attention to detail, I have never seen a showroom like this before and its Incredible! I was shown around by Lee who was super welcoming and even showed me around the factory. All the staff i dealt with at Stairplan were super helpful and friendly I am so delighted with the overall staircase the quality is is amazing and is the WOW factor to our home.

I have had the oak staircase for a number of years. I had always wanted to change the existing painted original stairs and wanted them made of oak. The stairs were made to the highest standard possible, with a superb design and finish. Every guest of ours without exception has admired and envied the finished article. I have seen new ideas that have emerged from Stairplan with the same high quality of production and finish, I have also seen other manufacturers of staircases at trade shows, they did not or could not achieve the amazing quality or range that Stairplan give. I am more than delighted to endorse all of their staircase range

What a fantastic company, we first went looking at stair parts and even though we turned up unannounced Lee showed us around the showroom and we were very impressive. Graham came and introduced himself and even showed us into part of the factory. A brilliant company where nothing is to much trouble I have recommended them many times to my friends.

I bought some glass brackets/clamps from stairplan and they are fantastic, I had bought some cheap ones before but on comparison stairplan ones are a much superior product. Very fast delivery even during covid19 and their customer sales department, in particular Lee are immense. Quick email replies and really helpful over the phone too. 5 stars for sure.

Excellent company to do business with. Sally was exceptionally helpful on the telephone and answered every email immediately. Ordered the Fusion range items, delivered promptly the next day. One of the newels got damaged in transit, it was replaced next day, no quibbles. Placed another order, items out of stock but Sally went the extra mile and contacted the suppliers and had them sent out earlier than expected.
