P. R.We had new skirting boards and up lighting channels installed, plus routing behind a cupboard.
Steve was very responsive, giving us a quote on the same day I called. He and the team are very friendly. We worked through all the details of the work plus a realistic estimate. The work was scheduled a week later and Steve kept to his word. Josh did the carpentry and completed the work with excellent quality and efficiency. He tidied up after the job. I am very happy with the work and would recommend Promis for their professionalism, quality and reliability.
A. F.The double doors to my garden room were rotting from the bottom. I was keen to have them repaired rather than throw them away and buy new ones. I contacted several local carpenters; Steve attended within a day of my phone call and promptly gave me a quote agreeing to splice in new wood. He did a great job and one would hardly notice where the joints for the new wood are.
I will certainly contact Steve again for any further jobs.
As well as doing a fine job, I found him personable and easy to get on with.
I am delighted my doors were repaired rather than be replaced with new ones.

They were very professional, friendly and went above and beyond. Great attention to detail in their work, working in a difficult wonky 1850 cottage. Couldn't recommend more highly and we will definitely use them again.
