Love what Guilda creates. Her workshops are full of information and taste. Guilda is passionate about the contents of food and how it is good for you. One of my go-to recipes is the granola which I make gluten free. I no longer buy store ones as this is so tasty. The food she produces for the catering element is great for everyone. Non vegans will love it too! I’d highly recommend her for catering, events and any classes. You just need to taste the food to fall in love with it.

My partner and I attended the 'Healthy Body, Healthy Mind' retreat that Guilda hosted at Tofte Manor in September 2021 and it was one of the loveliest breaks we've ever been on. The venue and its grounds were spectacular, providing a variety of spaces for reflection, peace and healing. The events themselves were varied and each powerful in their own way: from Tai Chi, sound therapies, to cooking classes and inspirational talks, there was something therapeutic at every turn. The food was delicious and plentiful; we never went hungry and felt equal amounts nourished and inspired by the dishes Guilda prepared for us. It was our first retreat with Guilda and it won't be our last!

In using Rooted Vegan Kitchen services, I was very pleased and contented with the delivery of the needs and requests that I had. I even made arrangements in the past for Chef Guilda to fly to LA for number of events that we had to cater vegan dinning for a group of 100+ and special menu for few VIP Luncheons and dinners. The result was their only regret was that she lived in UK and her services are not available for LA crowd. That’s good regret. In any business, especially in food related business time is a huge factor. After a request, she responds right away. Book something? Done. Menu offering? Done. Customizing the food to address restrictions, like Gluten-free, eliminating certain nuts, etc. Easily done. Preparing the plans? Done. Preparing meals. Done. Answer questions. Done. I am never left waiting for an answer or an outcome. And so far, always pleased with the outcome. The main thing is for people to eat, be satisfied, full and happy. She certainly delivers that 🙏🏼👍🏼 And most importantly hygiene of her services A+++. Thank you Guilda for your continued services and support to make things easier on this end.
