We used AB Catering for our 100 guest wedding at the end of April with an additional 25 guests in the evening. The day started with a selection of hot and cold canapes and the serving of drinks on arrival, which was very organised and the staff very attentive. The wedding breakfast was a choice of fish, meat or vegetarian, with fresh vegetables and potatoes, which was delicious and served really hot which is a challenge for a large number of guests. Following dinner, we had delicious puddings which were really generous portion sizes. We recieved many comments throughout the day saying how nice the food was and how organised the AB Catering team was. Andy, Anna and their team were involved throughout the day clearing tables, keeping glasses topped up - we couldn't have asked for more. In the evening we had cheese and crackers, of which AB Catering offered a wide ranging selection of cheeses. We would 100% recommend starting the conversation with AB Catering to discuss your catering needs and wishes for your next event - no request was too small or too large. Thank you!

Andy catered for a family meal at a hired holiday home. Great communication ahead of and on the day. The service was super professional, the food delicious / of generous portions and the kitchen was left cleaner than they originally found it. We booked AB Catering for our wedding reception. We chatted with Andy to tailor a Menu for our guests. On the day AB turned up early and set up professionally. They also helped up setting up the wine for the meal. The food was amazing and all freshly cooked. On par with a really good restaurant and well worth the price per head. All the guests loved the meal and made the day really special.

Wonderful Sunday lunch, really good selection of vegetables and amazing stuffing with the chicken. Heating instructions were good, except another 5 - 10 min for the chicken would have made it a bit hotter. Anyway, well done and keep it up, will definitely order from you again.

Christmas lunch for four was absolutely lovely. It was perfectly presented in boxes with lovely wooden xmas tree decorations, napkins and super-quality crackers. Most of the food items were to be oven heated at the same temperature for the same length of time which made everything super easy. All these freshly prepared courses were absolutely delicious. Even the mince pies were extra special and home made! We couldn't fault a thing. There is no way possible I could have served a Christmas lunch as wonderful as this even if I'd stayed up all night on Xmas eve preparing it!

The best quality pre prepared roast meal I think you could get. Full instructions on reheating, and great selection of vegetables. I had chicken but I suspect all meals are of the same high quality. Although I can’t resist trying a few more just to check...!

We booked for a very special family meal (this included children as well as adults age range 4-71yrs not an easy task). It was a big birthday that had been put off for 20 months due to Covid. In that time the Birthday Boy had become very unwell and it was a delicate situation. We were on holiday in the West Country so not in familiar surroundings. Anna and Andy arrived bang on time. They were so professional and brought everything with them. They served the beautiful starters exactly on time and they served us so unobtrusively and with kindness and grace. The main meal was delicious and several of us had different meals. Each one was well presented and tasted delicious. The dessert was a variety of different dishes and looked and tasted amazing. It was a feast. At the end Anna and Andy just slipped away taking with them everything but a few delicious leftovers. There really was nothing for us to do but enjoy the whole experience. I can’t thank them enough for the way they served us. It was a very special meal for a very special occasion. Thank-you Anna and Andy / AB Dorset Catering.

The service and professionalism of our private dining experience was amazing. The menus were interesting and varied and the afternoon tea style lunches were tasty and came in easy to transport packaging which simply needed to be put in the cool bag. Andrew is an absolute Superstar and his food is not only so beautifully presented but the quality and quantity is superb. If you are thinking of having a private dining experience we recommend you don't just think about it but book - you will not be disappointed in any way.
