Crocus have now catered for me for two parties - both for my daughters when they turned 21 - and they are excellent. They are very professional and on both occasions turned up in perfect time to set up the tent and all the catering equipment and lighting required. We had different teams each time and both were charming and helpful and instantly made me feel at ease. While the party was in progress they cooked the delicious paella - we had vegan and meat and were ready to serve at the exact appointed hour. All guests raved about the food and there was more than enough to feed our party of approx 100 people. When everybody had eaten they boxed up the leftovers which the guests devoured at 3am once they had worked up further appetite post dancing. Crocus were very efficient at ”striking" the tent etc and I hardly noticed them dismantle everything and our garden was left in an immaculate condition. I have had many grateful messages from guests and they all particularly mentioned the delicious paella - highly recommend!

We had these lovely people at our wedding catering for us. I dealt with Yana by email and phone to get it all set up and she was lovely! Even when we delayed by 1 year due to Covid, she was so lovely and understanding! The team she sent for our wedding day were the loveliest people! They honestly fitted in really well and were so easy to get on with. The food was second to none! Best paella we've ever had! And the portion sizes were incredible!! What topped it off for us was they presented myself and my wife with a paella making gift. That really touched us and we cannot wait to use it! We would definitely recommend these charming people!

Crocus Paella catered for our wedding at the beginning of September. From the moment we contacted them, we knew we made the right decision. They are the loveliest people and I was so happy to have them cater for the special day! They are easy to get a hold of and were so prompt at responding to any queries we had. Their set up is hassle free and as long as you tell them what surface they will be on, they can be incredibly flexible. We had the Tapas + 2 paellas + spread + desserts + sangrias. The food itself was incredible, the portion sizes were large and our guests loved all the dishes that they served up! They also loved that they were able to see the paella being cooked during the wedding reception and chat to the wonderful chefs! Crocus Paella delivered an incredibly service and were a huge part in making our wedding day special! We have already recommended them to friends who want paella at their wedding. They also surprised us with the kindest gift! I would hire them again in a heartbeat! THANK YOU!

We decided to pick Crocus Paella to cater for our wedding in August 2021 and we couldn't have been happier! Yana was incredibly helpful with the preparations and very quick to respond to our queries over email. On the day, they arrived promptly, set up and started cooking without any issues. They were very flexible with their timings. Jose was our head chef and we had around 100 guests who all LOVED the food and the feedback we received from our guests was brilliant. "Best paella we've ever eaten" was the most common comment. I would 100% recommend Crocus to anyone looking for a Paella caterer!

From start to finish they were so organised, friendly & were able to cater for all our necessary dietary requirements. What an amazing experience we had with Yana, Jose, Ellie & Ellie from Crocus Paella who catered our postponed wedding reception last weekend! We couldn’t have asked for a better service, or a better team to cater our reception. They were so friendly and made the most excellent food which was so tasty, traditional, filling and the Paella is also naturally gluten free, nut free and dairy free. Everyone really enjoyed it all! There was plenty left over for people to come and get second helpings. The tapas choices were also absolutely excellent, beautiful meats and cheese selections and fabulous croquettes, all clearly labelled with dietary information where needed. I couldn’t think of a better option for catering which suited absolutely everyone’s preferences and needs than the amazing paella from Crocus Paella, all for an extremely reasonable price. The team set everything up with minimal fuss and a huge amount of enthusiasm. We’ll be recommending them to anyone and everyone, don’t hesitate to book them for your event immediately! We would post some pictures but the food was so excellent it was gobbled before we managed to get some snaps! We will be looking out for their stands around Brighton, wonderful food from wonderful people. Thank you all so much for such a smashing meal!

We hired Crocus Paella for our 50th Birthday. We had to postpone the dates twice due to COVID restrictions and Yana and the team worked so hard to find another date. which worked for us. We had the pleasure of talking to Jenny in the office, she was really personable & her communication was excellent. They catered for vegan, gluten free, no dairy, nut allergies & crohn's, to name just a few of our dietary requirements & information on this was really thorough. George lead a team on site, cooking up a storm. Every time I looked over, they were always smiling & interacting with our guests. We had so many compliments on the paella/tapas & the portion sizes were huge, great value & perfect to line our stomach's for the night ahead. The new Mrs & Mrs Burton-Flint cannot recommend Crocus Paella enough. 10/10!!

We had two types of paella at our event. The Vegan and the Chicken, both were amazing. All of our guest commented on how delicious the food was. I found the staff to be very friendly, approachable and hard working. At the end of serving, the remaining paella was boxed into portions for us and was as delicious to eat the next day. Our company The Wedding Dolls provide a Day Coordination service to couples planning a DIY wedding in woodlands, at home and in village halls. The breakfast that Danny did for us was really tasty and also looked so good. It was a lovely sunny day in mid-May, I had arrived at work and realised that I had forgotten the epicurean delight I had prepared myself the previous evening. On contemplating what to substitute in for my sumptuous repast I remembered it was Friday; and that the street food market was open. I had previously been recommended to try the Paella, and with the generous discount offered to OneFamily employees; I felt this would be a decision that could and would be vindicated. I sauntered up and was greeted by three smiling faces. I had a choice between Chicken or seafood paella. I politely asked the gentleman serving me if I could have a mixed one; and with a skip in his step and a glint in his eye he chirpily replied “of course”. This very accommodating response was the first sign of the delights I was about to experience. The rice was fluffy, the chicken skin was crispy yet the meat had managed to stay moist, the seafood was cooked to perfection; the mussels, prawns and squid which can often be tough had a soft texture that melted on the tongue. The garlic, saffron and paprika were perfectly balanced and did not overpower the delicate flavour of the seafood and chicken. It was good size portion that has left me feeling content, and in need of a post prandial siesta
