Melissa and the team provided the most wonderful food and service on the day – nothing was too much for them and they were so kind and considerate in making sure everything and everyone were looked after. The tapas was incredible (several people saying they were the best prawns they’d ever had!) and the paellas delicious and something different for our tipi wedding. Ritchie and all the wait staff were just the loveliest people as well. We cannot recommend Vamos Paella enough, definitely book them for your next event!

Melissa and the Vamos team were absolutely amazing! They catered our wedding for 110 people and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. They were professional, responsive, extremely helpful and the food was delicious! All of our guests were raving about the food. The maitre d' Ritchie basically ran the day for us and it went off without a hitch. We really couldn't have asked for anything more from their team!

I cannot begin to tell you how grateful Mads and I are to you, Richie and the entire Vamos team for the amazing efforts and the delicious food at our wedding. It honestly seemed to go so smoothly from our side; I completely appreciate that would have been down to the coordination and work behind the scenes from the team on the day. And all your help and advice in the lead up was SO appreciated! The food was amazing, and really was one of the big hits of the day. Everybody absolutely loved it, said how delicious it was, how much they enjoyed the variety of what was on offer, and also felt there was enough to eat - always key at a wedding! Mads and I sadly didn’t get as much of it as we’d have liked because we got caught up chatting with everybody. It made us very grateful to have had the tasting at your house way back in 2020! Richie was an absolute star - professional, so friendly and effortlessly calm. Thank you again! Now we just need to plan another event at some point where we can use Vamos Paella again!!

We had Vamos Paella provide three different paellas for our evening wedding party and we couldn't recommend them highly enough! The communication beforehand was quick, helpful and informative. Wow! From start to finish Vamos Paella were truly superb. They catered for 85 people at our wedding and provided watering staff. So kind, helpful, friendly, polite. Our guests totally loved them. The food was first class. Everyone loved it. Tapas starters served on gorgeous slates, wonderful paella and deserts to die for. They really just got on with it, without needing us to dictate what they needed to do. We were actually out at the wedding ceremony when they arrived, but when we got back they were just all sorted and ready. And they did many added extras I wasn't expecting like lighting all the mass of candles I had put around the garden and was expecting to do myself - turned round and they were all magically alight. Communications and quotes were straight forward and clear. I can't recommend them enough and now want another party so we can have them again.

Marcin and the team catered for our engagement party last weekend and we couldn't fault them! The food was excellent, service amazing and our guests loved the evening. We thought we'd try something a bit different with a paella and it did not disappoint. They come equipped with everything they need and take away the hassle for the evening. Vamos catered at our wedding last month and we could not be happier with the experience from start to finish. Melissa was swift to reply to any queries throughout and was a great host as we visited her home in Brighton for the tasting - which was delicious and assured us that we were onto a winner. From the canapés onwards we received a countless number of compliments from guests about the food. Everyone's wants and needs were well catered for, such is the variety and flexibility that the menu offers. Thoroughly recommended.

I really feel very lucky to have found them, especially when a lot of wedding catering seems overpriced and often not worth the money. When we decided to get married, we thought Paella would be a very good idea to feed our guest as half of them were Spanish and we wanted them to feel as welcome as possible to UK. We then found Vamos Paella and they were very easy to deal with. We went to Melissa's house and she welcome us with lots of lovely food to try and definitely we went home with full belly's and very happy thoughts. The wedding day was absolutely a successful day! Melissa and her team were spectacular to deal with and the food simply superb. Vamos Paella catered for our wedding (105 adults and 44 kids) this July 2016 and couldn't have done a better job. As well as providing all food they provided us with plates, cutlery etc as well as waiters. Vamos Paella was excellent at helping us navigate through the whole process of wedding catering. And the food - well, it was AMAZING. I am half Spanish and had quite a few Spanish relatives attend and everyone agreed the paellas and tapas were wonderful. Melissa was also great at handling the catering requests for the kids. I highly recommend Vamos Paella.

I couldn't recommend Vamos Paella more highly. We were let down at the last minute by a caterer for our wedding but the moment I phoned Vamos Paella I knew that everything would be OK! Melissa and the team did a fantastic job catering for our wedding. Their tapas went down a treat with our champagne reception and their paellas looked and tasted brilliant for the main meal. We had lots of compliments from our guests on how wonderful the food was. Their service was really friendly and efficient - they ran the whole day for us, including manning the bar and providing delicious hot dogs and halloumi wraps in the evening and did a really thorough clear up afterwards. We used Vamos Paella for our wedding in June and from the moment of our first enquiry through to the day itself, Melissa and her team were nothing short of amazing. Organising a wedding for so many people was a daunting prospect and getting the food just right was one of our top priorities but Melissa completely took away any stresses or anxiety we had. She always made herself available to answer questions we had and offered up so much additional help and advice along the way, from looking over our list of catering hires to recommending how much ice to buy in for the bar! Melissa also organised the waiting staff for us and they deserve a special mention too. Nothing was too big an ask for the team. Like Melissa, they all went above and beyond to ensure not only that everything ran smoothly but also that my husband and I had the best day possible. The menu Melissa designed was absolutely delicious. All the guests commented on how good the food was and my only regret is that I didn’t eat more! I would not hesitate to recommend Vamos Paella and we can’t thank Melissa and her team enough for helping make our wedding so so special.

Thank you to Melissa and team for providing such delicious food and excellent service at our wedding. The paellas looked, smelled and tasted incredible. You made the planning very easy and everything ran like clockwork on the day. We had quite a few guests with special dietary requirements and paella was a great option for them – one coeliac guest said it was the first time he's had a full stomach at a wedding! And the vegetarians were truly spoilt with the asparagus, wild mushroom and hazelnut paella, which I thought was the yummiest of the lot. Thanks again!

You had a tough audience at my party with 15 Spanish people, among my 90 guests, and you did not disappoint!! Vamos Paella catered for 110 people at our wedding providing canapes, paella, salads, dessert and hot dogs for the evening. Their fantastic team served, staffed the bar and kept everyone fed and watered all day. The food was delicious and the team were a big part of a smooth running day . We've had a number of people commenting on how great the food was as well as all of the staff. I think one of our biggest compliments we can pay is that we weren't aware of any of it going on - they all made it seem so effortless and just got on with it all and we were able to just enjoy the day without having to give it a second thought. I know behind that is a lot of hard work though, which we really appreciated. They were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them (and hope to have an excuse to use you again ourselves!) The only difficulty is in deciding which dishes to have!

Vamos Paella catered for my wedding for 150, serving a three-course meal as well as an evening buffet. They started by serving some beautifully presented canapés with the welcome drinks, as well as providing waiting staff and all the catering hire. They then served a range of sit-down tapas to the tables. Guests then went up to four huge pans of delicious paella: chicken, pork, chorizo and chard; black rice with squid ink; a vegetarian paella with wild mushrooms, asparagus and hazelnuts; and lamb with artichoke cooked with olorosso sherry - all were cooked to perfection and served with a smile. We then had three yummy desserts: a croquembouche, which was a beautiful centrepiece, as well as a classic lemon tart and a red berry fruit salad. For guests who were still hungry and for our extra evening guests, they provided a stunningly presented cheese tower, decorated with fruit and flowers and served with crackers and home-made chutneys. The service was great and staff were still smiling at the end of a long day. Can't recommend them highly enough!
