Excellent service throughout planning our wedding in May 2022. Back when we had an amazing taster, Strawberry Fields were precise in making our wedding breakfast special and unique to us. It also helped that the courses were at a very high standard and in particular paid attention to vegetarian dishes, which can be an after thought for many caterers. They were very organised and really helped us craft the menu we wanted for the day. In particular Lee, who was our MC and main point of contact, was focused and made the whole experience a joy, rather then a pain. Basically, our guests couldn't stop talking about how good the food was!

FLAWLESS We cannot thank Lee and his team enough for making our wedding day flawless and absolutely stress free. They are always one step ahead and it made our day more perfect than we could ever imagine it to be. The food has been a hot topic and was 10/10. Equally the service was impeccable and the staff were so professional, friendly and efficient. Lee ensured drinks and canapés were fairly shared between ourselves and guests. He went out of his way to ensure us, as bride and groom did not go without and it was thoroughly appreciated. We got married in June 2022 at Kingscote Barn. Lee and the team at Strawberry Fields were absolutely incredible from the very first meeting all the way to the final email post-wedding. Everything on the day was taken care of so perfectly. Lee, just want to say a huge thank you to you and the team for all you did for our wedding. I have had so many compliments about the way you looked after everyone, kept the day running smoothly, and how hard you and the team worked to ensure everything was perfect. You really were fantastic from the the very beginning of our wedding planning journey, through to the big day. You went above and beyond to ensure all the little details were as we wanted and made sure the drinkings were in full flow! We didn't have to worry about anything with you in the run up to our day - we knew we could trust you/rely on you to deliver.... and you certainly did! The food was also incredible. So many people have commented on this, and there's a few that are still talking about the fall apart beef, even now. We recently used Strawberry Fields for catering our wedding (120 guests) for a 3 course wedding breakfast and canapés. Gary and his team also supported our event by chilling drinks in advance and serving wine, water and prosecco. We found that the Strawberry Fields pricing model was better than many competitors for an event for this size. Additionally the quality was commented on by many guests from a variety of ages and backgrounds as being outstanding.

We booked Strawberry Fields for our wedding at Kingscote Barn. Lee and team could not have been more perfect. From the initial consultation we had, to the tasting, to the day itself, everything was sensational. Guests were served tea and coffee on arrival, which started the day well. We had canapes (which were great) and a delicious table buffet which all our guests loved. The table buffet meant all the food was brought to the tables and guests could have what they wanted, and allowed for a nice casual atmosphere. For the evening we had wood fire pizza which was also a hit. As the bride and groom we were also very well looked after, and Lee made sure we had drinks and canapes when we had photos taken. Lee can also make announcements if you wish, which makes everything run very smoothly. All his staff were also excellent and very attentive. Some of our guests had particular dietary requirements which didn't phase Lee in the slightest and everyone was catered for. He is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic so will help if you need it. We've had many compliments since about the food. I cannot recommend them enough, especially if you are planning a wedding at Kingscote.

Strawberry field provided catering for our wedding in May- in a Marquee in a field, and really pulled it out the bag. Our initial contact with them could have been better - they are clearly very popular, and we often waited over a week for emails to be replied to (phone calls were much easier) There were also mix ups at both our tastings with timings and dietary requirements. This left me a more than a little nervous, but on the week of the wedding they could not have been better. The food was exceptional (far better than at the tastings!!) and our guests were in awe of what Gary achieved in a tent in a field, including a couple of guests who have their own catering companies. The entire menu was gluten free as I am coeliac, but this did not compromise quality in any way. Gary also tolerated my perfectionism with barely an eye role - adding edible flowers to our canapes and deserts which really elevated the look. I was also particularly impressed by the service. We had more staff than I would have expected for our numbers, and Karen and her team were wonderful at ensuring all glasses were topped up during the reception (one of our guests messaged mentioning that he had never felt so attended to, with a waiter seemingly emerging from a bush to top his glass every time it was less than half full). They were friendly, polite, discrete and professional. Finally, they flexed the timings of the meal, to allow our best man (whos wife had given birth overnight!) to get his speech done and escape back to his family; we were very grateful for this. I would not hesitate to recommend Gary and his team.

We chose Strawberry Fields Catering back in 2019 for our wedding at Kingscote Barn, which was meant to be in October 2020, but due to the pandemic, we moved it to October 2022. During that 3 year wait, Lee was always there to answer our questions and give us advice, and he was so helpful and kind during the upsetting time when we had to postpone our wedding. Leading up to our wedding, Lee helped us put our vision together with the timelines and order for the day. On our wedding day, everything ran so smoothly because Lee and his team are simply amazing. Our guests have said how incredible the food was (and we agree, it was absolutely delicious), and those with dietary requirements were blown away with the service they received and the alternatives they were given. We had canapés, a 3-course wedding breakfast and pizzas in the evening. We had sparklers in the evening and Lee coordinated the whole thing (giving our guests the sparklers, lighting them and providing a sand bucket for the finished sparklers). This was a massive help and meant that we didn’t have to worry about anything. We just want to say a massive thank you to Lee and the whole team at Strawberry Fields Catering. You were all amazing and made our day so special and perfect!

Lee and his team were excellent from beginning to end. The support pre-wedding was great, we worked with Lee to build our perfect menu for the day. The food tasting experience was amazing and we were able to tweak our menu so that it was exactly what we wanted. On the wedding day, Lee and his team were faultless, the day was everything we had asked for and lots of guest commented on how lovely the food was (from the canapés, to the wedding dinner, and evening food). Where to begin! Lee and the team were beyond wonderful for our wedding at Kingscote Barn. Lee was with us every step of the way for our 2 year delay - pre COVID we got the opportunity to go with both sets of parents and have a tasting and the food was incredible. We went with a menu choice as I’m pescatarian and my husband eats meat and it was seamless and there were tonnes of veggie and fish options that were all brilliant. The food was just as good on the day as it had been at the tasting and the hosting from Lee was wonderful and made the day go without a hitch. SFC were great throughout the whole process and couldn't recommended them highly enough, worth every penny. We had to delay our wedding due to covid and throughout the whole process correspondence was quick and they were very reassuring. The taste session was great with plenty of choices to try and decide between. They are also accomodate to vegetarians and vegans, making sure to set aside canapés for those individuals. The food we had for our wedding breakfast was excellent, as far as I'm aware no one had anything bad to say about it, with plenty of guest dating how much they enjoyed it. My wife and I would like to say thank you to all the staff for all their hard work behind the scenes, they were a credit to themselves. It was great to come down the following the morning to find all our stuff packed up for us, really makes a difference. A special mention and thanks to Lee who made the day run seamlessly, I found I didn't have to think about anything and could just enjoy the day. He made sure all the timings were hit, made all the guest announcements and just generally took care of everything. I would absolutely recommend checking SFC out, 5 stars!

Strawberry Fields catered our wedding in March 2022 at Kingscote Barn, Tetbury. They provided a selection of 3 types of canape, 3 course meal and drinks and bar service. The service provided was amazing, including the preparations beforehand. We attended a free tasting where we had a choice of two dishes per course and a selection of canapes. We had to postpone our wedding due to covid, and SFC were so helpful, supportive and understanding during this time- we did not incur any additional fees which was amazing. The organisation in the time leading up to the wedding was great and I felt confident that everything would go smoothly on the day. And it did! Lee was our toast master and he and his team were so professional and friendly. The food was amazing and we had so many compliments from our guests. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect day and a large part of that was down to Strawberry Field!

We felt extremely taken care of by Santa throughout the entire process, she seemed invested and appeared to care about our special day which was a lovely experience. We had a magical day and the staff on the day were fantastic, they took care of everything from start to finish and the entire day was seamless, especially with turning the room around three times! Our guests all commented on how amazing the presentation and taste was! Tina was our event manager and she was just incredible. She was friendly and approachable from our first meeting. She worked with us to make sure we could have our perfect day. She was so efficient in the run up to the day making sure that she knew exactly how we wanted the day to be. On the day itself she took care of everything. My husband and I didn't worry about single thing as Tina was in complete control. She thought of everything and really made our guests feel so welcome. Lee and the staff at Strawberry Fields outdid themselves at our wedding. They were professional, helpful and friendly from the first time we got in touch with them and on the day delivered an absolutely delicious wedding breakfast. Many of our guests have commented on the excellent food, especially the cheese boards! Thanks especially for managing to magic up two extra meals for last-minute guests with less than an hours notice. It meant a great deal to me that they were accommodated and didn't feel like they were a hassle. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Strawberry Fields and I know I have 90 happy guests who would agree.

Strawberry Field Catering provided the delicious canapes, 3 course wedding breakfast, evening food, chilling plus serving of drinks and cash bar for about 80 at our autumn marquee wedding reception. After looking at several catering companies, we decided on Strawberry Field Catering as they provide a comprehensive, all inclusive catering package at a very competitive price, with a wide variety and choice of menu options. Having all the equipment, tableware, crockery, staff, etc. provided by the same company was a huge benefit. We are so glad that we chose Strawberry Field! Our tasting was wonderful, accompanied by very detailed itinerary planning with front of house manager. The food on the day was fantastic, served hot and quickly with lovely presentation and perfect portion sizes. Every dietary requirement was catered for, along with toddlers and photographers. All the staff were brilliant, very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Thank you very much Gary, Santa & all the team. It must have been a very difficult task to cater for so many people and dietary requirements in a small tent, in a field, with water containers, in October, not to mention the pandemic, supply issues and a fuel crisis!!! You did an amazing job and we are so grateful.

We are so glad that Strawberry Fields were our caterers for our wedding day! The food was delicious and so beautifully presented that we're still hearing about it from friends and family. We found Strawberry Field after our original caterer retired following the pandemic which meant our original wedding date had to be postponed - and we are so glad we did! We really enjoyed the food at the tasting, and Gary was hugely helpful during the run-up and coordination ahead of the wedding, helping us to stay on track. And then the day before and the day of our wedding, the team really came into their own - when our wedding coordinator didn’t turn up, Sara the front of house manager was like our guardian angel, helping us to work out the set-up and timings, as well as some last minute changes to guests/dietaries. We were unbelievably stressed, but Sara was unfailingly calm and helpful throughout, so we felt we were in safe hands. The food on the day was delicious, with so many guests still talking about it when we catch up with them weeks and months later, and the team worked really hard - especially as it was one of the hottest days of the year. We feel incredibly grateful that we had such an experienced, professional and friendly company serving the food and drink for our wedding - it really made all the difference, and we could not recommend the team enough.

Myself, my husband and all of our guests were absolutely blown away by the service provided by Strawberry Field at our wedding last week. Our tasting session was informative, yummy and relaxed. Lee was very accomodating and patient as we had our then 5 month old daughter with us. The communication with Lee throughout has been great, the zoom meeting prior to the wedding was really useful and confirmed to us that we had most definitely chosen the right caterers. On the day, Lee and his team were outstanding. The food was perfect, all dietary requirements were catered for with no fuss at all, the drinks were chilled and topped up continuously throughout the wedding breakfast and the red wine was even warmed up for Granny! Lee was fun yet professional and he ensured our day flowed beautifully without any glitches. We really cannot recommend them enough.

I have nothing but positive things to say about strawberry fields. From the very first moment we spoke to Lee via teams during the peak of the pandemic, he blew us away. His passion and knowledge in the industry just took us by surprise and there really was no doubt in our mind when we booked them. The food tasting was another level. The standard of food was second to none and we were so happy with our decision. Lee is honestly the most perfect supplier to work with. So helpful, so understanding and always providing solutions not problems. The food for us was probably the main thing we wanted our guests to remember. It’s such a big part of the day that it really did mean a lot to us that it was perfect. We chose to have a BBQ with all the sides/salads etc. The guests LOVED it and still now we have people saying how good the food was. Not only do they provide outstanding food, the level of service they provide is honestly like no other. We felt so at ease letting Lee take charge of our day and he really did step up to the plate and did a fantastic job. We were recommended to them by our venue for our wedding and cannot thank them enough for their hard work, delicious food and overall experience. We met with Lee for our menu tasting, and right from the start he covered every single detail of our wedding day and we finished without questions because he had explained everything so thoroughly. In the run up to the event we had a prep meeting which again made us feel like we were in really safe hands. On the wedding day, Lee and the team were fantastic and you could see how much care and effort went into providing a perfect day for us and our guests. Absolutely incredible caterers. Lee has been brilliant from start to finish (start being 2019, and finish being 2022). He's been there with us throughout 2 postponements due to Covid. The food was next level, all of our guests raved about how good everything tasted, and our non-carnivorous friends absolutely loved the vegan options. In the evening the bar was well stocked with a team of friendly bartenders who managed an open bar with 80 thirsty guests incredibly well. To anybody looking for the perfect wedding caterers, look no further.

If you’re wondering which caterer to use for a wedding, just book Strawberry Field - you won’t regret it! They provided the catering for our wedding at Kingscote Barn and from when we first contacted them they have been outstanding from start to finish. All of the food was delicious, and so many of our guests said the same (the best wedding food they’d had was a popular comment). They also go the extra mile in terms of helping with drinks ordering / storage / chilling and also sharing their vast experience of what works well for the venue. Lee from Strawberry Field was also essential for how smoothly our day went and gave us expert guidance throughout. Guests also commented on how attentive the staff were.
