I cannot speak highly enough of the Vanilla Blue team, especially Lisa, who was responsive to our needs from the outset. We ordered an afternoon tea for 6 adults and 4 children for delivery in Bristol and everything was perfect. Great choices for the kids, excellent quality food and all packages in a considerate and sensible way (the kids loved their own little afternoon tea boxes!). Would highly recommend to anyone wanting good value, efficient service and great quality. Thank you Lisa, we will definitely use you again.

Lisa catered for an Afternoon Tea I hosted in celebration of my 30th Birthday! She was highly professional, punctual and the food tasted amazing. The spread was also super impressive, and she paid attention to the details, adding hand picked flowers to really elevate the presentation of the food. Would highly recommend and added some images for reference 😊

I have personally ordered from Vanilla Blue for my parents for a couple of special occasions and Lisa always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect, but more recently I have been on the receiving end as I enjoyed a wonderful afternoon tea for Mother's day. Simply WOW! I used Vanilla Blue for my 60th Birthday Garden Party. I wanted the occasion to be perfect and spent a lot of time looking for the right people to make the event exactly the way I imagined it would be. The day was incredible and this was in part due to the incredible food Vanilla Blue provided. I selected the finger buffet dishes I wanted and on the day presentation (biodegradable) boxes with handwritten contents cards arrived with the most awesome food inside. I didn't need to do anything other than open and arrange the boxes on the table. The guests were overwhelmed with the incredible food, with many asking who had done the catering. I think someone even contacted Vanilla Blue after my party to enquire about catering for their own! Thank You Vanilla Blue for making my day super special!

Lisa was able to put together (at short notice) a wonderful package for my husbands 40th birthday. The food was delicious, delivered on time and really fresh. I would highly recommend. We booked Vanilla Blue to cater for my dads funeral yesterday. From beginning to end everything was perfect. Lisa communicated well, was very professional and helpful, delivered as promised and the food was amazing. We ordered a selection of hot and cold food and it was really lovely. From the moment I spoke to Lisa about catering for my mum’s funeral, I knew I was in good hands. We were delighted with the buffet provided and lots of guests said how good it was. The beef and coronation chicken sandwiches went down particularly well, as did the brownies. A special mention must go to the GF vegetarian box specially made up for one guest - the sandwiches were lovely and there was a good variety of other foods including mozzarella sticks, falafel, olives and cherry tomatoes. Portion sizes were generous so there were plenty of leftovers for us to enjoy at home in the evening! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Vanilla Blue.

Wonderful food. FIrst time I’ve used a catering company in Bristol & I’d highly recommend. VBC supplied a fork buffet for a work event - all very fresh & delicious.. and interesting. Not a boring bit in sight! .. will use again! (Delivery was a little late and a bit tight - but I think that was a one-off and not the norm. )

The set up was incredible and the food looked and tasted amazing. They were also able to provide amazing food for gluten free dietary requirements. Lisa was brilliant from the start - really accommodating of our specific needs and kind enough to offer a refund when we had an individual drop out of our event. The afternoon tea menus were extensive so the vegetarians in our group did not feel left out - it was so hard to choose which to go for! Everyone loved the food and the presentation was perfect (Lisa kindly individually boxed to be more covid safe.) The food was delivered exactly on time too. Excellent afternoon tea delivery service. If you’ve got something to celebrate (or if you fancy a treat), you could do a lot worse than to order afternoon tea from Vanilla Blue Catering. Plentiful sandwiches (crusts cut off, of course), delicious fillings (the smoked salmon and cream cheese...perfect), scones, jam and clotted cream (no scrimping on the sides), and little sweet treats to finish (needlessly to say we had leftovers but there’s no harm in that). Great communication with Lisa, easy transaction and delivered on time....what more could you ask for?

Wow - Lisa and the team catered for 13 of us for a Hen Do last weekend, and it was just perfect. Our hot fork buffet, savoury breakfast with pastries and granola pots, and then tapas and mezze was faultless. They always go over and beyhond delivering tasty and delicious food, cakes, ploughmans, lunches, sweet surprises to all kind of loved ones in the Bristol, Bath and surrounding areas. Lisa and her team delivered a belated 80th birthday ploughmans lunch and afternoon tea as we were unable to see my dad throughout covid, he was delighted. Not only that but they did a card and picked up a paper for him to read which he thoroughly enjoyed as he is unable to get out and about. What a fantastic treat it was. Nothing was too much and we cannot thank you enough. Amazing company, faultless service and they have done so much to support people and community to keep our spirits up and loved ones tended to.
