We used the service for my mums 60th birthday dinner and had an amazing time. The food was brilliant and being able to watch Mark plate up and have him cook especially for us made the whole evening seem very personal and special. Very happy I chose the service and I’m sure it won’t be the last time either 😊.

Paul spoke for The Business Womans Network recently. We have a 45 minute mastermind class at each networking event aimed at men and women in business (I know the title says Business Women, however men attend every month too). We attract some of the top speakers in the UK on business and development and it is essential that our guests get useful, relevant and insightful ideas to implement in their businesses in this section of our events. Paul did not disappoint. There were so many questions we could have had Paul speak for double the time and people would still have been hooked. Paul is self effacing, relaxed and funny. He delivers essential ideas for business growth in a way that is relatable to all. I love the fact that he attended in his Chef's Whites, really showcasing his professionalism and his natural ability to be comfortable in this environment. The BWN expect exceptional speakers and Paul didn't disappoint. As a professional speaker and trainer myself I'd be honoured to work alongside him. He knows his stuff!

Paul came to us as a consultant chef, his target was to help me make the adjustment from head chef to executive head chef, Paul is what you would call a 'critical friend' he would help you see where you were going wrong without being patronising, his understanding and knowledge of the industry is second to none and he was a massive influence on my success not only with accolades but budgets, gps and food safety score I would recommend without question Paul's services as a consultant and can honestly say I've not met anybody who has as much passion and hunger for things to be done the right way.
