Our experience of this company from start to finish was super!! From Helen via email, to the ladies serving breakfast, to the chef & the wonderful Roy serving and helping me with dinner announcements! They were professional, extremely capable, the food was well cooked & presented beautifully. They were recommended by our venue....however I would absolutely book them separately for our next corporate events. 10/10 Thank you all. (Linkology)

We booked Butlers Pantry to come and cook a three course meal for our party of 16 whilst away for the weekend. The service was fantastic from the original booking, choosing our menu choices and cooking that evening at our holiday accommodation. The food was amazing and no one was disappointed. We would definitely recommend them and would use them again in the future. There was a huge choice to pick from to suit most tastes.

This is our second time using Butlers Pantry for our family reunion as we were so impressed with the first, but my first being the organiser. Fantastic experience from start to finish. From Helen helping to organise the catered meal in a venue we were hiring, to Ralph calmly working out the logistics of cooking in one property and serving in another, very calm, friendly and professional. The set up, service, food and clear up was all 5 star. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Highly recommend The Butlers Pantry. We made the booking for an evening meal whilst away in a barn for my daughter's hen party. Service from booking to the dinner party itself was excellent. No problem was too small. Food was delicious, staff very friendly and helpful and all guest commented on how well the evening went. We would definitely use the company again.

Ralph was an integral part of our wedding and we can't thank him enough! From day one, he went above and beyond to ensure we devised the tastiest food options and our guests were blown away by the afternoon tapas choices and the main courses of smoked beef and locally caught trout. It was mouth-wateringly tasty! Ralph was so much more than a caterer to us - he was always there to reassure, offer advice and take away any stresses by ensuring everything went smoothly (something we needed when planning a wedding during a pandemic!). What a gent, he's super talented and passionate about food, you must book him for any parties or gatherings - he can do it all!

Just back from honeymoon and one of our first jobs is to write a review about the incredible food, service and experience The Butlers Pantry provided at our wedding a couple of weeks ago. The food was impeccable. We had nothing but rave reviews from our guests, with several people telling us it was the best wedding meal they'd ever had. Every course was beautifully presented, tasted delicious and not a beat was missed in terms of those with special requirements etc. Not only was the food perfect, but also the delivery. The service ran like absolute clockwork, I was worried having the speeches in between courses might get a bit clunky, but the team cleared/served each course so efficiently and worked alongside our MC to ensure the whole thing rattled along beautifully and it made the meal feel like a real 'event' - exactly as we'd hoped. Chris the chef was superb on the day and the team of young waiters/waitresses were an absolute credit, all incredibly polite, friendly and thoughtful. Thanks again to Ralph and the whole team - we could not be happier.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Ralph Skripek and his wonderful team at The Butlers Pantry for any catering requirements you might have on the back of the outstanding job they did supporting our Wedding at Knockerdown Cottages this past month. Whilst I am sure they will have had far more technically intricate and challenging tasks to overcome, what we had asked of them wasn’t just ‘tear off the top and add water’ standard Wedding catering. We had an outdoor garden party with street-feast style food in mind from the outset and the Butler's Pantry either met or exceeded our brief in relation to everything they kindly worked so hard on for us. From the street-feast type food we were after, to how it was going to be served we knew it wasn’t ‘standard’ and I’m sure it wasn’t easy to deliver that service on the day but Ralph and his team were top class. I’m not sure I can think of anything he actually said “no” to. Our guests had a wonderful time, everyone with special dietary needs was catered for perfectly and even our most discerning guest (a lovely lovely person but someone who usually complains about something being wrong with every meal I have ever seen him eat, has a very particular palate !) cleaned his plates and there can be no higher accolade than that. All of that, plus just how Ralph's team conducted themselves on the day really did contribute in many ways to the relaxed and casual ambience we wanted and we are so appreciative of that. Suffice it to say that we will champion his services whenever we get the chance, and it wouldn’t shock me in the slightest if we held another family event at Knockerdown in the years to come and we will certainly be approaching him in some form or other to see what he might be able to add to our family gathering. We used these guys for our summer wedding, they did a served BBQ for us. The food was fantastic, Ralph was really flexible with the menu choices and catered amazingly well for our guests with special dietary requirements, so much so we received loads of compliments from our guests! Ralph is great to deal with all the way through the process, we definitely made the right choice choosing them, I recommend!

Good food. Drinks & snacks service good. Cooked meals take a long time to come but are worth the wait. Excellent full English breakfast. Has occasional bistro nights. Very small so awkward for prams & wheelchairs. Entrance up a small step. Disabled parking slot outside the door.

A great way to start the day! I went for breakfast with a friend and the service was lovely, we had the salmon and egg on toast, could have added some little touches like a slice of lemon, cracked black pepper etc so definitely worth 4 stars
