We have recently starting using the cafe for orders in the office for breakfast. Considering we sometimes give quite large orders, we have never had an issue. Everything from the quality of food to the 5* service has been great. We will continue to use this cafe for our office breakfasts. Thank you staff for everything you do, a real 'nothing is too much trouble' attitude and we could not be happier.

It is our favourite place in Derby for a proper full English and GREAT coffee. They never let us down. It's delicious. Great English hospitality. Interior is lovely. Not open weekends for breakfast as otherwise my husband and I would be very fat by now. :)

Friendly team .... attractive décor. .... good coffee....wish they'd asked me if I'd like the latte in a cup.... I keep forgetting everywhere serves it in a glass. I prefer a cup .... must remember. But a lovely place and will go again.

Friendly staff, only had breakfast here but it was great and for a good price.

I went for breakfast whilst having some work done on my car. I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were friendly and polite there was plenty of choice , crayons for small children to play with. You can eat in which i did or just order a take out. Food was good not greasy and reasonably priced. You were not hurried and it was a pleasant atmosphere.

If you like a cafe where you can interact with the fish then this is the cafe for you. Nice decor also with modern furnishings. Menu's in an obscure location but all round good place. Friendly staff and the food is good.

Wow! This place is amazing! It was my first visit and I'm really impressed and happy. We were happily greeted when we first walked in. The decor is soothing and instils peacefulness. The seats are comfy. But the food!! A simple sausage and egg cob with a pot of tea was a luxury - really nice bread, tasty sausages and a plump egg - so yummy! I thoroughly recommend the White Orchid Cafe. I shall definitely be returning.

We were in the area Saturday and looking for somewhere for a quick sausage and bacon cob and the White Orchid happened to be over the road so popped in, food and service was excellent. Will use again next time we are over that way.

Small little cafe. Cheap enough, basic cobs/rolls etc. Nice homemade cupcakes. Visited during a break from my tattoo session which was taking place around the corner.

Delish food, sandwiches to take away and scruptious coffees. Soups are fantastic and the owner super friendly. Would just like to add that some of the questions asked by google are difficult to answer. I truly believe that the owner and staff would try their best to accommodate anyone and make anything you ask for within reason. Take away sandwiches are great and coffee very good. There is free parking on the road around corner for an hour and more parking a little further away for a fee. Well worth parking up for. Cant wait to go back.
