We used City food and drink catering services for our wedding in August. We met with Mandy initially to discuss how we where having the wedding over 2 days so needed 2 lots of catering. When we met with Mandy she introduced us to her team at the Rossington Miners Welfare and after a quick chat Mandy and the team had everything sorted! The food on both days was absolutely fantastic, lots of choice to suit all of our guests needs. We are now in September and I still have people asking me about the food and complimenting on the quality and the quantity of food. Mandy also introduced us to her team at The Rossington Miners Welfare who took care of everything for our evening reception, this included catering, decorations, DJ and wedding singer and a photographer! The team really helped take all the stress out of planning a wedding and what made it better was that everything came from the same team so we didn’t have to try and link different people together! We can 100% say that our wedding day and wedding reception where perfect! All thanks to Mandy and her team! Thank you so much!

This weekend we had a very special occasion at church and Mandy provided the most fabulous buffet for 500 people. After telling her that we only wanted 'finger food' and what our budget was, she visited the venue in advance, told us what she could provide, including a full range of 'special dietary' and 'free from' food and suggested the layout of tables to ensure people could move quickly and safely through the church hall. There was food left and Mandy took it away to keep it safely refigerated for us and then returned it to us the following morning. She certainly went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful celebration. The food was varied and plentiful and the desserts were fabulous. People attended from South Yorkshire, North Notts & beyond and everyone commented on how fabulous the buffet was. Many have taken Mandy's details and we hope she will get further jobs from this. We thoroughly recommend Mandy for your catering needs. Thank you Mandy. You did a fantastic job.

Absolutely 5* service, contacted them as my mum had fallen and broken her wrist and my dad was unwell, living 80 miles away there was little I could do quickly, I thought a food delivery would help with one less thing to worry about, Iv ordered from here before for my dad's 70th birthday treat, and they loved the food, quality and variety, Mandy called me last night around 8.30 about 15 mins after my initial contact and gave some great suggestions and delivered a food box plus 2 hot stews and bread rolls by 12.30 the next day, making two 70 + year olds very happy Thank you so much

We used Mandy at City Food and Drink Catering Services for our wedding back in June 2022. She went the extra mile at every stage from the planning, preparation and then the delivery of high quality food, tailored to our specification, our budget and guest requirements. This lady is capable of providing you with great quality food and service at all levels, whether you want just a simple finger buffet or something more formal. Initially, we were recommended Mandy in relation to our need of a caterer for the wedding. We were expecting to source all the other elements to the day ourselves, such as the reception venue, entertainment, event coordination, room dressing/decoration and a photographer. However, we were amazed how well connected Mandy was with other individuals and independent businesses; and by the end of our meeting, she had provided us with a bespoke wedding package, at a very competitive price and instantly all the stress had been taken away from us. So a big big thank you to Mandy again and to the team that worked closely with her and us throughout. They are a friendly, professional group of people who are driven in providing you with whatever you want and genuinely can't do enough for you. A huge thank you to Carol (The Wedding Coordinator), Bernadette of Bello Venue Decoration, Sarah of Sarah Sidgwick Photography and Amanda Lepusinska (L-ska) Singer/Entertainer. The day went smooth without issue, the venue looked incredible thanks to Bernie, the guests were thoroughly entertained by Amanda and most of all, the Bride and Groom loved every minute of it. Mandy of City food and Drink will be our No 1 choice, whenever we need catering services. There was no shortage of food and the guests couldn't speak highly enough about what was served. :)

I cannot express enough how amazed we all were at the variety and display of food that Mandy put on for my son's wedding reception. The best word I can come up with is absolutely outstanding. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caterer. This is a very professional organisation that went above and beyond to help us after a major venue hiccup. Janet (and Anna) would like to thank Mandy for a lovely spread following my brothers funeral. Prior to the day Mandy took time to advise us on various different options available from hot and cold food, deserts, diabetic choices etc. On the day the food was delicious and having chosen a hot and cold buffet, with desert and hot and cold drinks, there was also plenty of variety. There was an ample amount of food per person, and the service was good. Thank you Mandy, we will be sure to recommend you to others, and definitely use your services again :-)

We booked Mandy to cater for my father in law's funeral having been very impressed with the catering that she provided for my mother in law's funeral last year. Catering a socially distanced wake during a pandemic was quite an ask but Mandy absolutely surpassed herself! Each guest was provided with their own buffet and dessert platters to keep in line with Covid rules and the food was of an excellent quality. Many of our guests commented how impressed they were. Mandy is always reliable, friendly and helpful and we wouldn't hesitate to use her services again or recommend her to others.

Mandy catered for a funeral for us and all i can say is AMAZING!!. Mandy tailored the whole buffet to our wishes and preferences. Mandy was polite, helpful and above all very knowledgeable in regards to the current Covid19 food safety measures. Mandy made sure everything was done by the book, it was very reassuring to all of the guests. Mandy worked tirelessly ensuring that everyone was looked after and well fed. Now the food... the food was all home cooked, top quality food and the choice was outstanding. We opted for deserts too as i am the biggest desert fan!!... the choice was too much and i am ashamed to say i had 3 deserts and they were all delicious 😋. I cannot recommend Mandy enough, shes a lovely lady who will go above and beyond to ensure that the catering is faultless and that everyone is well fed and happy.. Thanks Mandy and hope to be a customer again in the near future ❤

Mandy went that extra mile with not only the quality and quantity of her food but also her helpfulness and genuine desire to make dad's birthday memorable. We had our double wedding nearly two Years ago. I booked to see Mandy who spent the time with my daughter in law and myself taking note and listening to what we wanted for our wedding. Abbie who was marrying my son and Sam and I wanted a buffet style hot and cold sit down meal. We had lots of good comments from our guests saying just how lovely the food was. We had a tasty hot curry with rice and a chilli , with a cold buffet with lots of good quality meat and a good selection of food. She takes on board any special requirements for people with food allergies and cooks separately as we have a grandson with a nut allergy and also a diabetic. Anything we asked for was no trouble to Mandy . The food and room looked amazing on the day. Everything went to plan. Also she constantly made sure there were plenty to go round with much left over to see my guests were all well fed. We had an early meal prepared for 5.30pm which was a good time for us with the time of our wedding then had a buffet prepared again by Mandy which was gorgeous and so reasonable, in fact I’ve a big birthday coming up next year and the food was that lovely I booked her last year to make sure she was available to do the same food again. I highly recommend Mandy Holden , she’s so professional and will go far to please . Also she’s a lovely lady and I will always wish her well. I won’t ever use anyone else to do my parties. In fact every xmas eve she does hot n cold buffets for me and the family which is so reasonable .she delivers hot food which she has prepared and brought in a rice maker and curry in another plug in container also with a cold buffet . Again very reasonable she does the hard work. I just have my table ready for her to bring the lovely tasty food. Just had a buffet for 20 people ~ absolutely amazing and a separate lot of gluten free for one of the people which they loved! Loads of lovely tasty food ~ everyone really enjoyed it & there was so much that people took some home. Mandy catered for my 21st birthday in April 2018. Her food was incredible, she catered for everyone’s tastes, there was something for everyone including children’s choices. She went out of her way to ensure people with allergies were well looked after too. Her food was fresh and delicious and I would highly recommend it. She goes out of her way to ensure you’re happy with everything she provides. I won’t be having anyone else cater for any of my future events!

We enjoyed the most amazing feast for a birthday by Mandy Holden at City Food & Drink Catering Services. There was lots of fresh, homemade food and masses I can eat with my allium (onion and garlic) allergy. I have never had so much food to choose from on a buffet and it was delicious. The menu is flexible to cater for your preferences as well. I can't wait to have some more again in 2 week's time for another birthday (we couldn't resist going back again).

Fantastic food and service My Mum organised for Mandy and her team to provide a Wedding Day Hamper of food for me and my new husband to enjoy on our wedding day. With us getting married during Lock Down, Mandy was tasked with providing a very special hamper of food and goodies that would be enough for the whole day BUT for just 2 people. It is fair to say that she nailed the task. The food that was provided was expertly prepared and presented so beautifully. Not only did Mandy do a superb job by pitching the amount and quality perfectly. So also navigated around my food intolerances with out a hitch. It is a very rare thing for me to be able to enjoy EVERY SINGLE BIT of food that is provided by a catering conpany but i could and i did! (the chocolate cake was definitely a favourite of mine!) I have already recommended this company to several friends and i will continue to do so.

I came across this lady through a friend and was really unsure wether to book for my birthday during lockdown but I love an afternoon tea style meal. I contacted mandy very late on and she still provided the highest service last minute making sure the food was done to exactly how I wanted it even though she was run off her feet. Buffet food can be quite bland sometimes at parties but mandy’s food was amazing. The best buffet/afternoon tea style food I’ve ever tasted. Would definitely recommend her, have been doing since I had ours in February

Highly recommended. We had our wedding reception and night do at the Rossington Miners Welfare on the 1st of September 2018. Mandy Holden's catering is absolutely fabulous! Her buffets were outstanding, there was a choice of hot and cold buffets, beautifully prepared and presented and we were spoilt for choice. Some amazing flavours , nothing was bland. Just wish I'd had room to eat more! She caters for everyone's needs and nothing is too much trouble. She goes that extra mile to please her customers 🤩 Also had 2 afternoon teas delivered by Mandy to some very special people. - my father in law's 80th birthday and my son's support workers just to thank them for doing a brilliant job. 🤗 Make someone's day and send Mandy a message. I ordered afternoon tea for one adult and 2 children during lockdown. The food we had delivered was incredible! There was more than enough for us all and even some left over for supper before bed. They cater to pretty much all dietary requirements like nut allergy and gluten intolerance. I was given a 2pm time slot and the lady arrived on the dot. Excellent value for money too, it was around £22 for all 3 of us for this huge amount of food and treats. Thank you so much xxx
