Use again, certainly would. Catered for our village Jubillie party for 150 people - in the middle of a field with no mains services. Did what they promised, arrived on time served on time and cleared away on time. No fuss no hassle. They presented everything professionally using sustainable plating. The food was universally commented on for it's umami taste and plentifulness.
