Longer version - Nisbets are the go to supplier for all things catering, but having this shop means you can browse many of their items in the flesh. Not as good a range as the online store, but the staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and can direct you to the best stuff, often based on experience of working in the industry - invaluable. Anything from the catalogue can be ordered quickly too.
