S. T.Where these Jamaicans keep emerging from? First reggae, then sport, now Oy'Nissh. They actually invented a modern food concept. The Oy'Nissh chicken is really different from jerk in terms of flavour. One notable difference is the ability to exclude chilli from the recipe, something that is not possible in jerk. Go Oy'Nissh, go Jamaica.
