Fantastic gastric experience with renowned cookery writer and teacher Sumayya Usmani. The classes are very informative and guaranteed to expand your culinary vocabulary, all done in an open and friendly, but intimate cooking environment. The cooking area itself is superb and well equipped. Recommended to everyone who loves to create (and eat!) great food.

We had a great time at the Pakistani comfort food class. The food was absolutely delicious and so well taught by Sumayya. She is such a natural in the kitchen but is very encouraging to those who are more amateur (like me!) The concept of the cook school is wonderful and I'm looking forward to going again soon. Brilliant experience to learn how to cook different dishes with a sustainable, inclusive and accessible focus for the local community. Great facilities and very welcoming from the start.
