Tom and Nicole provided afternoon tea for our intimate wedding reception at Castell Aberteifi, Cardigan Castle. Their communication was great throughout and the food, presentation and service on the day surpassed our expectations. They'd thought of everything, so we didn't have to. Thank you Holdens!

Holdens catered our private dinner of 15 people on a last minute notice, and it was beyond my expectations! Justin and Marioalla cooked and served us the most delicious dinner I had in a long time! We had picked a menu of scotch egg, lamb and sticky toffee pudding, and everything was delicious! Also very generous portions! They were also very discreet and left the kitchen sparkly clean! Book them, so worth it!

Tom and the team provided the catering for our beloved daughter Charlotte on her marriage to Arthur. We have to say we were overwhelmed by the friendly patient and professional team who catered for the event. Special mention to Scott for keeping me supplied with my drinks. Victoria who worked as the front of house manager was outstanding ensuring that everything run smoothly. We wholeheartedly recommend the chefs who provided us with the most delicious food that would not have been bettered in a MICHELIN starred restaurant. The evening cheese board was a sight to behold I only wish I’d managed to get a photo before the hoards arrived.Thank you once again for helping give Charlotte & Arthur the day they deserved.

Tom and Nicole catered for my husbands birthday bash held at Glansevin Mansion, Llangadog. I would like to say that the entire service provided was 5 star from start to finish. We decided on a hog roast and we were not disappointed, all of the food was excellent, fresh, tasty and plentiful. The staff were wonderful, friendly and very efficient. They did everything from setting up, serving and clearing away. Our entire group of 60 people commented on the succulent tender pork and side dishes and I was able to relax and enjoy myself because everything was taken care of. The desserts were delicious and Tom catered for our gluten free, vegetarian and vegan guests perfectly, our vegan guest said it was the best meal she has had in a very long time. I would not hesitate to recommend Holdens catering and would certainly use them again. Thank you Tom and your team, first class service.

Firstly I must say that I am not the sort of person that write reviews at every whipstitch. In fact this is my first! However, I really have to record my gratitude to Tom, Nicole and their team of lovely staff. My daughters wedding for 106 guests was held in a large marquee in the field behind our house.Tom is a man who is absolutely on top of his game, done it all before and confidently delivers the most delicious food with sensible (large!) portions artistically presented. Without exception every thank you note we’ve received from our guests has made special mention of how much they enjoyed the food served over the two days. Tom and Nicole have a fantastic team working for them and have trained them so well.They served the food in a most professional manner and were willing to help with many other tasks which meant the two day wedding party went seamlessly. We were recommended Tom and his team by friends in Pembrokeshire and we were delighted that he was willing to cater for our wedding in the Vale of Glamorgan despite the fact that we are a 21/2 hour drive away. We cannot praise Tom , Nicole and his team highly enough and thank them all for helping to make Beth and Oscars wedding such a special day.

Tom and Nicole provided catering for our wedding and also for a party the following day in November 2023 - I can’t fault any part of their service! On the wedding day itself, we had canapés and a three course meal. The food was delicious and served seamlessly to 100 guests. The following day Tom operated more of a buffet style for two courses - this was also delicious and again, served very professionally. Not only was the food incredible, Tom and Nicole along with their staff ensured everything ran smoothly and nothing was too much to ask. A wonderful team - punctual, organised, friendly - and excellent waiting staff! I highly recommend Holden’s for any event for which you require catering.

We booked Holdens for our wedding on the 23rd April after a recommendation and we couldn’t have been anymore pleased with the service and food. The guests loved the canapés and everyone raved about the lemon polenta cake, which was served as part of our afternoon tea. Unbelievable is the first word that comes to mind when thinking about the quality of food and service from Holdens Catering. The team were very engaging and passionate all through the planning stage of the wedding weekend which made the planning both exciting and seamless. On the day the level of service and professionalism from the staff was top notch. Everyone was polite, attentive, and relaxed. Most importantly it felt like they were part of to occasion rather than people on the periphery. As for the food it was by far some of the best food we have ever eaten. We had constant comments from the guests that the food was unbelievable as well as praise for the level of service and friendliness of the staff. We couldn't have asked for a better experience with Holden's Catering. A huge thank you to Nici, Tom, Dafs, Rhodri, Mel, and the rest of the team for an unforgettable weekend.
