o.Dan cooked for my birthday dinner as I hosted 9 close friends and family. A truly wonderful experience culminated by Dan's presence and cooking. A true professional with great communication, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for his craft.
I truly enjoyed our time with Dan, he became a part of our celebration all while preparing an amazing multi course meal. I without a doubt will be bringing him back to any event I host in the area.
Additionally, when you do bring on Dan to cater an event, ask him about his restaurants - totally worth a visit the next day.
K. M.We planned a girls getaway and hired Dan for a 5 course dinner paired with wines.
The menu was unbelievable and Dan went above and beyond: short rib crostini, strawberry arugula salad, crab cakes, lobster rolls, Thai chicken lettuce wraps, chicken piccata, ending with chocolate lava cakes and caramel cheese cake.... there are no words of how delish this meal was. Dan was an absolute pleasure to work with, funny, great personality, and we cannot wait to work with him again!!!
S. B. -. S. S. T.We had Dan and his team do an incredible backyard barbecue for my wife’s birthday. There were about 24 of us. Dan prepared a creative menu including seafood, incredible apps, sliced tenderloin. But there was a crazy amount of food well after he left. Perfect night and our friends raved about it.
M.Dan catered a small birthday dinner for my wife and I in Aug 2020. We dined outside while he cooked in the kitchen, he was careful to keep safe COVID-wise. He was very accommodating and responsive during the planning, the food was great (too much though!), and we had a great time.
T. B.Dan had gotten sick and was unable to cook the dinner I had booked with him. Due to his illness and covid we decided it would be best to not proceed with the dinner. Working with Kenny during this uncertain time was a pleasure. Kenny is a man of his word and truly a stand up guy. His heart is in the business and it shows!
