My partner and I have been going every week for a few months now and could not recommend it enough. Wonderful owners, delicious food and a nice seating area away from the road. Very good selection of topping and sauces as well as exceptional desserts including homemade baklava and our personal favourite, brownies which are divine and vegan as well! (P.S. if you’re looking for authentic falafel, look no further)

Always tasty, always friendly. Really delicious falafel, chicken schwarma, halloumi and NOW LAMB KOFTA!! Yay! So pleased they now have a larger permanent location, hoping this means they'll grow, and be able to open more hours and provide yummy food more days of the week, as we often find we fancy a felafel wrap on a Sunday! ❤️❤️❤️ The chicken was succulent and delicious, the felafel are flavourful and perfectly crunchy, as always, and the new lamb kofta are divine. The halloumi is strongly recommended. Recommend all the sauces, all delicious, the chilli one not too spicy at all, and I don't cope well with spice. In fact, there's nothing I wouldn't recommend!

Have had many meals from here and from their previous mobile Pod. They are absolutely delicious, a real favourite in our family. The falafel wraps are fantastic but the hummus is the best we've ever had. Honestly can't recommend them enough.

This company not only serves delicious food at a great price and are genuinely lovely people but they are so great we advertise and encourage OUR customers to visit them. We are a successful and busy caravan touring park in the heart of Slimbridge and would never affiliate with any company who were not up to our very high standards. The 1 star reviews you may see lower down are a direct result of a campaign from a middle Eastern customer who demanded discount and didn't get it. Don't be fooled by the loathsome ability to manipulate Google reviews and try the delicious Falafel for yourself.

We live in Sheffield, about 150 miles from Falafel Pod. Fortunately our son and his family live only a mile or so away from them, so when we visit we make a point of enjoying the delicious fare that "The Pod" (as we call it) makes. Trust me, it's VERY well worth the journey for such lovely food! The owners are a lovely couple into the bargain, what's not to like?

Food is delicious and very authentic. I love the chicken shawarma and the falfels are the only ones my daughter will eat. They are outstanding. The customer service is second to none. I would eat here way more often than I do if I just lived closer to it but it's definitely worth the drive. Couldn't recommend enough. It's a must visit for anyone coming to Gloucestershire

I have used the falafel pod multiple times and it’s a such a nice choice if your looking for something fresh and filling, that’s better then the usual Chinese/ Indian. Whatever you go for meat or falafel make sure you get it with all the sauces it’s the best.

Amazing little place! Caters for vegetarians and vegans! The owners are wonderful, live locally and give great service. The food is so tasty, falafels are made fresh and all the ingredients are freshly chopped for the day! They even have homemade sauces and vegan brownies to finish off! You can whatsapp orders ahead and pick them up too!! Definitely give them a try, you'll be glad you did.

Wow! I've just eaten a pitta filled to bursting point with falafel and salad with sauces, marinades etc and I really really need to tell you it was devine never has a salad pitta with falafel tasted so good I'm definitely a return customer and look forward to my next culinary delight the falafel were so light and tasty I'm hooked the owners were very nice also when I thanked them for a lovely pitta they gave me another falafel Mmmm. If you are ever passing by on the A419 between Gloucester and Stroud you must give it a try you won't be disappointed. UPDATE!!! PLEASE READ ON ..... I've since been back to the falafel pod and I'm sorry to say all those of you who haven't yet been here are missing out, this time I had the wrap and oh my what a wrap (its bigger than a dinner plate)that was full to bursting point I highly recommend a visit but beware the pod isn't there every day as they only trade there some days of the week not all but if its there when your passing call in and try the vast array of pittas ,wraps and other culinary delights.

Can't believe I didn't leave a review sooner! Its just down the road from my place of work. The perfect lunch for me and clearly many others. Even if you're just passing by, park up and grab something. The friendliest couple, the best service and the best super healthy fast food around. I'd give it a 6 out of 5 if I could. Absolutely delicious falafel pittas and wraps! We tried one of each, vegan fillings. Such generous portions filled with the most scrumptious, fresh, mouthwatering falafels, as well as pickles, veg and houmous and the yummiest homemade sauces. The food is so lovingly made, the people are friendly and you get so much food for the price! You can’t go wrong.
