M.We arranged a 'at home' dining experience with Chef James for our extended family whilst staying in a rented cottage near Leominster. The discussion with Chef James prior to the event was really easy and helpful and the meal James provided on the day was truly wonderful, from starter to dessert, and beautifully presented. In addition, it was a pleasure to chat with Chef James whilst he was carrying out all the preparation work - and all the clearing up afterwards. We have no hesitation in recommending Chef James.

helped serve our wedding cake as well. James provided an amazing two course brunch, canapes and the best wedding breakfast. Cannot recommend enough. Already thinking of excuses to hire him again!

The melt in the mouth fillet of beef is something we have never tasted before. James was so attentive and accommodating right from the moment we booked him up, he has a fountain of knowledge and thought about every little detail.
