Ailsa's food is absolutely delicious as she is a talented chef who uses high quality seasonal ingredients. The various dishes arrived beautifully presented in pretty and delicate crockery. All my guests were blown away by the cherry trifle! The most successful and effortless lunch I have ever hosted, thank you Ailsa!

I have used Creative Cuisine on numerous occasions over the years and have always been hugely impressed by the quality of the food. Everything Ailsa makes is delicious from her sensational canapés, delectable main courses to her sublime puddings- so much so that I have passed on her details to many friends. She recently cooked a wonderful lunch for my mother's birthday and it all arrived beautifully presented and her waiting staff (Mitch and Ruslana) are the best.
