S. M.I needed a very last minute caterer for a high profile meeting and found Berkeley Catering LTD through the team at eatfirst.com. I was impressed throughout. The ordering process was smooth, the food arrived on time, the driver was friendly and we were very impressed with presentation, quality and taste of the food. The driver even let us take the trolley to transport our food into the office which was just the perfect touch. I would definitely use them again and recommend to others in the office!

Firstly our apologies for the delay in responding. Your comments have only just been bought to our attention.
I have checked back through all our emails, including those to our CEO, myself and to the owner of the company, unfortunately we can find no record of your email.
All our delivery vans are fitted with tracker devices. If you can tell us the approximate time of the incident, we will be able to identify the driver and the matter will be dealt with accordingly.
