R. T.Fabulous special menu hosting a very Scottish 30 th birthday party ! The canapés included haggis Bon bons which were to die for and the starter included 3 different smoked salmons, my personal favourite being the salmon marinated in beetroot !
Perfectly cooked steak followed where by my husband felt the potatoes must have been harvested that very afternoon ( being a Scottish farmer he knows his potatoes).
The blueberry cheese cake was drizzled with the most exquisite berry coulis.
This chef really knows how to engage his clientele !
