Fantastic cakes, scones and drinks from Debbie in her beautiful tea room. The attention to detail was amazing with ribbon tied antique napkins, children's options for everything, a wide selection of teas or coffee and a choice of cakes! She also had the tastiest strawberries and enough clotted cream to suit any taste.

We were really looked after for our splendid tea-beautifully presented and all delicious. Debbie looked after my French guests and their two children really well. They were very impressed! Fantastic! Debbie did the catering for a family gathering of 40 people. She did a cross between a afternoon tea and a buffet. The food was of a very high standard and the vintage China and table clothes were a great addition. The communication and planning was effortless and Debbie knew all the right questions to ask to help us plan the perfect day. A well deserved 5 star review.

I have had several afternoon teas from Greens Country Kitchen over the last year, including one very special 60th wedding anniversary occasion and Mother’s Day. Quite simply they are amazing. Individual boxes make them perfect for picnics and socially distanced get togethers. Debbie adjusted the menu when we had dietary requirements and added the best Victoria sponge cake. Would highly recommend

I asked Debbie for some cakes and savoury snacks for a small gathering and I must say I was blown away. The Lemon drizzle tray bake we had was a taste sensation. The sausage rolls were cooked to perfection. We also had some of Debbie's scones and the clotted cream was delicious. 100% recommend anyone who wants a special afternoon tea to enlist Debbie's services.

Ordered a traditional afternoon tea for a little family valentines treat. It was brilliant! there was a good selection and it was all gobbled up. I ordered it the day before (was slightly worried it would be sold out) but GCK were able to accommodate our order and delivered it on time and at a safe distance. Was a tasty surprise for us all. As a family we would like to say a huge Thankyou to Debbie and her team for providing at extreme short notice food for our daughters Hen / tea party for 5 people and then a few days later all the food for her Wedding reception which consisted of a hot 3 course meal for 15 people,due to the fact we had to change venues and wedding arrangements to fit in with the governments guidelines . To say Debbie came to the rescue is an understatement, literally overnight she helped us re plan a hen party and a Wedding reception ,tailoring it all to each guests specific requirements and taking into consideration in our party my daughter had an allergy to gluten and my husband is diabetic . The food for the wedding was divine with everyone enjoying the reception of hot canapés especially the little bridesmaid who thought all the mini pizzas were for her . All the food was cooked locally,presented beautifully ,tasted scrumptious ,and was hot and plenty of it all, to this day we are still enjoying the cheese board which we tucked into in the evening as we sat and talked . When we first spoke to Debbie having being recommended to her we asked her to help us make each occasion magical and she just knew how to do it ,recommending different options to add to our afternoon tea with handmade chocolates and sandwiches tailored to all our tastes , each person complemented the sandwiches and cakes as they tasted them . The magical little touches were all there to be tasted and the menus were all there to be read and little touches on the menu were the date what the occasion was. 2020 is a year not one us will ever forget ,but I’m giving Debbie 100/100 for her time, dedication ,homemade food and personal touches which did make our daughter and new son in laws day magical. Debbie recently catered my mother's 80th birthday celebration Afternoon Tea Party and it was a great success. 50 guests enjoyed a traditional English full afternoon tea, served on gorgeous vintage china on tables laid with crisp white tablecloths and vintage decorative runners. The food was plentiful and absolutely delicious. Debbie couldn't have been more helpful from start to finish: she responded to my email enquiry within a day, following which she provided initial costings. We then had a meeting to discuss my requirements in more detail and Debbie came with me to check out the venue and its facilities. She then gave me a final quote and on the day, the catering was delivered on time and exactly on brief, in a friendly and efficient manner. Excellent job.

In a nutshell - the food was superb; the organization was superb. We discussed the details of our weekend house-warming party with Debbie (90 guests all told), established the menu, agreed timings, accepted her quote which was provided within 48 hours, and left it to her. We were impressed for many reasons apart from the delicious food! Debbie and a member of staff came round just before the party to tweak final details of kitchen, equipment, house and garden layout, and made some useful suggestions. Debbie provided all crockery, cutlery, equipment, and staff. The team arrived punctually, set everything up, worked, served and cleared up with no fuss – calmly, quietly, unobtrusively. The staff were all polite, helpful, anticipated our and guest needs, and were just hugely efficient. Our party started on Saturday – Debbie and team served tea and cake at 1700h, Pimms at 1800h and supper at 1915h. On Sunday they served lunch at 1330h. They had the dishwasher on the go fulltime (including the glasses we had hired ourselves) and left our kitchen immaculate on both days. Debbie and team inspired our total confidence; the best thing was that we were able to spend our time with our guests – who were all full of praise for the catering and the caterers. (By the way – we had been let down by another, well-established local caterer 10 days before our party. We were extremely fortunate that Debbie was able to step in at this short notice and could hardly believe our luck!)
