As a burger enthusiast I’m not going to lie , I travel for food and always on the hunt for good burgers. Working and living in Northampton we are blessed with the flavour trailer who really are in my top 3 out of 50 plus. Just great burgers, cooked very well, great buns and salads and fries I have no idea how they make them with such a crisp. 10/10. Also fantastic they now open on a Friday afternoon so we treat our colleagues to the same who all rate them the best burgers they had also

Really tasty! Not cheap, in fact is about the same cost as a restaurant, but man the burgers are good. I just had the classic burger which is still £8.25 with house fries £3 extra. It was worth the money and the staff are really nice.

We first heard of the Flavour Trailer when they pitched up at our local pub who offer a pitch for different pop up food stalls on a weekly basis. I'm not usually a huge burger fan and if I'm eating out it would be the last thing I'd choose but these are next level! As they are there now on a regular basis, we've been going to them for the last 3-4 weeks. The burgers and sides are gourmet and not what I'm used to receiving. Great set up and very professional. The guys are friendly and attentive and we would definitely recommend that everyone tries them at least once. Well done guys, keep up the good work. See you again soon 👍

The beef patty’s in their burgers are sensational. Full of flavour and juices. Brisket fries are on another planet. A meal by themselves. Can you set up a permanent restaurant somewhere? 1 day a week isn’t enough! I wanted to upload a pic, but the plate was empty/food in my belly

We Pick up a flavour trailer from Earls Barton, great Wednesday treat. Favourtie burger has to be the classic, doubled up. Cajun or brisket fries. The chicken burger is epic, and if you double that up you know your in for a feast!!! Highly recommended never a bad meal and service is friendly and V.helpful (when i ordered at the wrong time 😂)

What an experience. Amazingly high quality food at a more than reasonable price. I had the Korean Chicken and it is up there with the best street food I have ever had. If you live in the area then give them a try. If you don't live in the area you should make the effort and make the journey.

THE BEST BURGERS EVER!!! This place is insane and produces the best tasting food around! My go to is the brisket flavour which honestly is just insane! Have tried pretty much everything on the menu and haven’t found something I don’t like! Must order!!

The blue cheese is my favorite succulent meat topped with grilled bacon onions cheese with the underload salad covered in blue cheese sauce with some sweet sweet purple cabbage or onion whatever that is it's amazing you will not be disappointed by no means 👍👍👍

Great burgers, cooked to order. Great variety of choice, I had the bacon and my daughter had Here's completely plain (although they both came with cheese). Meat was nicely cooked, juicy and succulent. We attended the Eat Street MK event at York House. Very popular, and queues to order, and we waited 20 minutes for the burgers to be cooked, but we'll worth it. Will definitely try and find them again.

I don't often leave reviews but we ordered here for the first time yesterday, ordered online and collected to take home, food was ready on time, hot and absolutely beautiful! As bit of a finicky veggie/vegan type, I'm sceptical about veggie burgers because after a while they all just taste the same and there's usually not much choice.... well no more! The veggie burger was moist and juicy like you'd expect from a proper burger, the range of options also amazing for veggies, as many non meat options as meat ones. My partner has eaten a LOT of burgers and he had the BBQ brisket one last night and said it may be the best burger he's had. Plus, the guy can eat and he was absolutely stuffed. Kudos, Flavour Trailer! We'll be back! :)

The online booking system is excellent and hassle free. On arriving at the van you are greeted by what can only be described as a welcoming BBQ smell. The portion size sits somewhere nicely between generous and enormous. The food really does the name justice as the flavours are delicious and well layered with none of each taste over powering the others. The price is reasonable for the quality and quantity of food. Thank you for a fantastic meal. Highly recommended the French burger.

Me and my partner had the breakfast for the first time. We often order burgers when they are in our village and I can honestly say that is how you make a burger! We decided to go and try the breakfast and we weren't disappointed. We had the sausage patty egg and cheese meal, it was out of this world! They have created a breakfast that hits the spot. Just demolished the “bacon flavour” burger and brisket fries. I can’t move, partly because of the amount of food I’ve just eaten and partly due to the shock I’m in at how insanely tasty it was. There is literally no point in ordering burgers from anywhere else ever again. It won’t come close to these.

D E L I C I O U S. Don't really need any more than that but... Soft seeded buns, juicy beef patty, flavoursome sauce, crisp lettuce and pickles... such a good burger. The packaging used is too notch too, vegware boxes so good for the planet. Packaging good for the planet, food good for the soul.

I was recommended Flavour Trailer by a friend months ago and never got round to going. Tried it for the first time today, hands down the best burger I’ve ever had!

My partner and I first ate from these guys back in 2018 and we were blown away and told all our friends and families about it. We'd often think of it or say to one and other thats "just what I could eat right now".On days out to events we'd look for this company hoping to enjoy their food once again and in May of this year we were at a food fair and had just eaten before we left the fair when we came across the flavour trailer so we were soooooo excited and dispite already being full we ordered the dish we had the year before and when it was served we were shocked to see the amazing looking dish covered in a hot plasticy melted cheese. Oh well we dug in and found the fries were so over seasoned we struggled to eat. The amazing meat was missing it's rich juicy gravy. We were so excited to see them and then so disappointed when we compared the food from the previous year. Still great food but was so much better 🙁

The Flavour Trailer catered for a garden party I had recently and it couldn't have gone better. The food was incredible, from tasty fresh salads to delicious smoked meats, and Mario and Charley were extremely professional in their approach. I only asked at short notice and before I knew it they had sent a menu over and had an amazing pop up set up in the garden a few weeks later. I couldn't recommend The Flavour Trailer more!
