Tracy and her team were able and willing to provide a buffet to suit my requirements in relatively short notice. The food is mostly locally sourced and prepared fresh on the day. They even came and set it all up for me including sundries, napkins, plates etc. Tracy is a very approachable person and was very keen to tailor her service to provide me with exactly what I wanted. She's full of good ideas too! I would definitely highly recommend.

We used Tracey and her team for our wedding a couple of weeks ago and could not be happier. The best desicion we made. Every one of her team were curtious and professional and couldn't do enough to help. Tracey and the team dressed the hall for our reception after a couple of meetings with her and blew us away. She's passionate about what she does and exceeds any expectations. Not that I didnt have the confidence in her abiltity becasue we built up a freindship through the consultations we had and she made us feel comfortable with her abilities and that she new exactly waht we wanted but also offered expert advice. We cannot rate Walnut Tree Catering highly enough and Tracey in particular for all that she did on the day and weeks leading upto it. She goes above and beyond the call of duty. Absolutely fantastic in every way. Would not hsitate to recomend them for the professionalism and understanding. A big big thankyou to all at Walnut Tree Catering !!

I run a 5 Star Gold Award Holiday Retreat in Norfolk, sleeping 13 (The Coach House at Lodge Farm). Through no fault of my own, I , along with many others, was sadly let down by a local catering company at the last minute who were booked for a Private Dining Event. I called Tracy (Walnut Tree Catering) who literally dropped everything to help. Despite having a VERY busy week and having 2 other VIP events that day (as well as it being 'silly season' for those of us in hospitality,) Tracy and her team arrived on time, with big smiles on their faces looking immaculate! They then treated my Guests to a superb 4 course a la carte menu, using freshly prepared, locally sourced produce. Quite simply nothing was too much trouble from start to finish. Tracy is passionate about providing the best possible service and truly goes the extra mile. The kitchen was also left particularly spotless! Walnut Tree are now taking over all the catering for my Guests and with 20+ years in the luxury hospitality market, I am very fussy! I would not hesitate to book Tracy and her team for your event, big or small. You will not be disappointed! Thank you millions Walnut Tree.

Tracy is incredibly knowledgable, confident and capable. She oversaw service staff on our day and became something of a wedding manager while she was there - making sure everything was as it needed to be and just right. Walnut tree arranged amazing hampers as a thank you for the staff at our work. They were very good value and they looked AMAZING! It was the perfect way to give a treat to people in these limited times.
