Lovely family meal. We had the Sunday buffet which was brought to our table. Great quick service with very friendly staff. Big choice and large portions. Unfortunately a few dishes arrived cold to our table but apart from that it was good. I found the food great but not excellent. One of the big bonuses is that some of the drinks are bottomless for a small price!

We went for a Birthday celebration for the Sunday Buffet. Wow. Beautiful food and you can order as much as you want for the set price - the food is brought fresh to your table unlike some other buffet. Staff were really lovely. Definitely worth a visit and we will return soon.

Service was a little bit puzzling, table of 12, restaurant not busy, and starters were brought out with no plates and courses were coming to the tablr at different times with no explanation of what was coming next or who it was for. Other than that a pleasant meal was had by all with a left over bag to take home.

Had a great meal for my wife's birthday the service was first class and was great value for money. they had run out of banana's for the fritters which turned out to be a good thing as the portions are huge. We will be using the takeaway service as well as were only a short distance away at Cotgrave. Keep doing what you do as this was a great experience.

The best Chinese I think I've ever had! Been having Chinese for a month or so here now and wow what can I say! The food is second to none and the staff are so polite! Went here on a Saturday night and was greeted by a doorman who could not have been nicer! Great bloke and would come again as its next level service!

I recently posted a review complaining that the spate ribs were tough and inevitable. To my surprise, the lady owner contacted me personally by phone to ask additional details. She explained to me that there were different methods of preparing spare ribs, but if I preferred the ones that fall-off the bone she would asked the chefs to prepare my ribs to fulfil my requirements. I had a booking for 10 people on the Sunday buffet and reminded the waiter what the owner had told me. On serving the starters to our table, which included peking/chilli and salted spare ribs, I discovered that the ribs had been cooked so that the meat literally fell-off the bone as I eat them. Later, our table was approached by the lady owner in person, who asked whether the spare ribs met with my satisfaction. I replied that they did, and that I was completely satisfied with their customer service and attentativeness. The food and experience was amazing! Who could ask for better customer service! I look forward to my next visit. Many thanks to the chefs and management for a wonderful afternoon. Dr John Pohl

Been meaning to come here for years - we should have come sooner. Wow! The rainbow duck in a basket was brilliant as was the special fried rice. Prices were reasonable and portions large (we had doggy bag). Staff were fantastically polite! Best Chinese we've been to - Thank you.

The food is always good, but sadly the service was lacking. We had to chase some of the mains twice (which were clearly missed from the original order, even though the waiter questioned the original order) and we had to chase the puddings 3 times, and the puddings then came out in 3 lots with the last one coming once everyone else had finished. There were a lot of people in the restaurant, but really this shouldn't be an excuse.

Maybe my expectations were too high. Maybe they had an off night (Sat and rammed) but overall the food was ok. Amazing !! So so clean everywhere in the restaurant and the staff is good too! Ping is an amazing host and lovely to talk to, the food is really good and dessert super yummy!! Crispy chilli beef is definitely one of the best i’ve ever had here. Really liked it here and it was super busy so make sure you book!!
