**Way way more than a Catering company!** What can we say about these guys at Twenty Four Carrot! These people are so brilliant at the work they do & they have such passion in everything they do! We initially booked Jo & Jakub in Dec 2018 for our 2020 wedding, but much like many other couples, we reluctantly had to postpone our day by another year due to Covid. Jo & Jakub made this pretty miserable process so much positive & easier for us. Without hesitation they were happy to change our dates without any issues & were so patient & understanding all the way through the whole process. They regularly kept in touch via emails & phone calls to discuss plans & preparations, as well as formulating a back-up plan in case Covid prevented certain aspects of the day happening as planned. They were super supportive, calming & reassuring every step of the way & were determined to give us a perfect wedding day despite any possible restrictions. Once we knew what our final date would be, they both remained super understanding & patient with us whilst we were still really worried about everything falling through again. We didn't feel pressured to pay any money or rush plans along until we felt comfortable enough ourselves. In the months before we were invited to their home to sample our menu, Jakub is such a gifted cook & the food he created for us was so so incredible, we loved it & we were so excited to treat our guests to such amazing food on our wedding day! In the final run up to the wedding, both of them stayed really organised, making sure everything was in place with the venue & other suppliers to ensure our day ran smoothly, including outsourcing any equipment which our venue didn’t have. When the day came, Jo really really shone through & became our guardian angel of the day. She stayed by our sides all the way through, constantly checking on us & making sure we were both happy & comfortable. She kept checking if we'd both eaten & drank, she really really looked after us. Like most weddings, at times it was a little stressful to keep track of everything, but Jo handled it! Any things that need to be relocated or jobs that needed to be done, Jo had it covered. She & her team constantly worked super super hard across the venue, probably walking miles within the day as our venue was quite spread out! Whilst all that was happening in the front, Jakub was in the kitchen (which was pretty tiny) cooking incredible quality & amazingly presented food for us & our guests. Officially our wedding day was on the hottest day of the year in 2021 & these two, as well as their team still worked relentlessness to ensure it was absolutely perfect without any issues! We are so grateful for how hard they worked & how lovely & kind they stayed even when it was extremely hot! Of course once again, the food tasted incredible & all our guests said it was the best Paella they've ever had (I absolutely highly recommend it). The food was presented beautifully, some with real edible flowers. They even poured & served our own alcohol & drinks which we supplied ourselves. Even though it was still a "Covid wedding" these two made the day feel totally normal but still kept things safe for our guests. Jo was incredibly tentative, observational & considerate & this lady will have anything fixed before it even goes wrong. She ran the day so professionally, & essentially acted as a wedding planner/events co-ordinator as well as head of a catering team! You really do get more than the incredible catering when you book these guys! These two are a complete dream team & we feel so lucky to have had such an incredible company cater our day for us & have such an incredibly positive impact on the day! I can 100% say our day wouldn’t have been so smooth & successful if it wasn't for the tremendous hard work of Jo, Jakub & the rest of their brilliant team! When we were left in the lurch by our original caterers, Jo and Jakub Strzelec were fantastic and offered so much help and support it was unbelievable. They aren't just amazing caterers but also amazing individuals who genuinely care and are passionate about the service they deliver. The food was so delicious! From the "mini-versions of classics" canapes, to the carve at table gammon and chicken, through to the rocky road cake and Mexican evening food..... we had some very "food critique-y" guests at the wedding and they couldn't fault it. Thank you so much Jo & Jakub - we couldn't have asked for a better service or friendlier people to interact with on our day x

I needed an outside caterer for my husbands surprise party in December. I had a limited budget and wanted a hot buffet. I worried that I wouldn't be able to achieve this, but Jo & Jacob worked out a menu to suit me. They delivered the food to the venue at the agreed time and picked everything up the following day. It was so hassle free and everyone enjoyed the tasty hot buffet. I would definitely recommend and use them again in the future

Jakub and Jo were fantastic from the word go. They kept in touch with us throughout the planning stage and gave us huge reassurance when we had the tasting session, not only with the quality of the food but also by talking through the precise timings for the day, which took a big weight off our minds. Our guests really enjoyed their food; in particular our veggie friends came up to tell us how much they had loved the food. Here is one of the comments: " Must say the food was excellent - the best wedding fare I've eaten in a long time. The veggie option was delicious". Jakub and Jo are warm and approachable people and couldn't have been nicer or kinder to us, both before and on the wedding day itself. They made a big contribution to a fabulous day.

IF I COULD GIVE THEM 6 STARS I WOULD OMG amazing - the food was fantastic but more than that Jo and her husband and all their staff were very professional, polite and very very hard working (it was 28degC!!!!) Our venue did not make life easy for them but they overcame all challenges and provided a first class service of food that was consistently top notch - from canapes to desert. There are a number of businesses that could learn from these guys as to how to provide a quality product, a friendly service and not only meet but exceed the clients expectations. Jo & Jakub provided the catering for my 50th birthday party and what an amazing job they did too! All the guests said how fantastic the food was, the canapes were delicious (and lots of them!) and the bbq and all the side dishes etc were all beautiful. We would also like to say a massive thank you to the 3 staff accompanying Jakub who were so friendly and attentive to all our guests. Jo and Jakub and their team provided food for our ruby wedding party, and also for brunch the following morning - and we thought they were absolutely brilliant. From our first interaction with Jakub and Jo onwards, they were incredibly easy to deal with - full of ideas for our menus, but equally very responsive to all our suggestions of what we liked and what we didn't. Pricing was good value - and also very transparent (eg for extras such as fridges for the bar). Their service staff over the weekend were also wonderful - all really pleasant, polite and on the ball. We had so many great compliments about the food from our guests - all the way from the canapes served on arrival, through the main meal, and then for the late night munchies and for the superb cooked breakfast on the Sunday morning. Such a pleasure for us to watch our guests tucking into the food with such enthusiasm. Nothing was too much trouble for the team We would definitely book them again

We used Twenty Four Carrot catering for our marquee wedding for 110 guests last month. Jo and Jakub were an absolute pleasure to work with. We instantly clicked with them during the initial tasting and you couldn't wish for a nicer, warmer or harder-working couple. Their guidance and communication throughout was second to none - we couldn't recommend them enough! Jakub's food was outstanding - perfectly presented and the portion sizes were fantastic too. Everyone commented on how wonderful the food was on the day. The staff were well presented, extremely professional and a joy to be around. Jo ran our day for us - keeping everything on track and under control - we were in very good hands. They also provided a fully stocked bar and a mixologist for the evening. You'd be hard pressed to find better cocktails - many thanks to Will and his team - the mojitos were a show-stopper! If you're searching for a caterer for an event then look no further. Right from the start, they talked through what we wanted, let us design our own menu & even tricky dietary requirements didn't phase them at all! It's pretty hard to put into words how incredible Jo, Jakub and the Twenty Four Carrot Catering team were in both the lead up to our big day and the day itself. When we were left in a predicament after our previous caterers cancelled on us, we trawled the internet and made a crazy amount of phone calls before being recommended Twenty Four Carrot Catering. From the minute we spoke to Jakub on the phone we knew we'd struck gold! Jo and Jakub genuinely couldn't do enough for us, from guiding us through how the day should run to suggesting menu options to us, being on the end of the phone constantly and putting us at ease throughout. We genuinely can't thank you enough. When Jo mentioned that Jakub never lets a guest go hungry she really meant it! The food was nothing short of incredible - from the canapes to the BBQ feast and mini desserts - you really did wow us and our guests. A lot of our family and friends have said that it was so great to actually eat amazing food at a wedding (and lots of it)! Every single one of the team were fantastic, polite and really did go above and beyond and we are so incredibly grateful.
