C. T.Very new looking interiors. Typically small. But with 4'6" bed. Perfect for working on my Disso as its a quick bus to Campus at Headington for the library and hot food.
E.This hall has recently been refurbished, I was one of the first to live here after the refurbishment, hence, everything was clean and new (smelt fresh paint). We got a cheaper price than usually as there were some refurbishments on the way, the price will rise once finished.
As we was 10 in a flat, there were more kitchen appliances such as 2 induction hobs, 2 kettle, 2 sinks, 4 fridges/freezer,... The problem was that there were not enough place to seat when everyone was in the kitchen.
The bedroom was just perfect, really spacious, the bed was really big.
However you will highly depend on bus whether to buy some food or to get to the city center.
A. S.We were looking at Paul Kent Hall for my daughter who starts at Brookes this year. It is in lovely grounds within easy reach of Cowley Road, University, City Centre etc. The accommodation that we looked at was an ensuite study bed room and was fine. The kitchen etc was a little tired but I understand that they are updating. Overall good impression.
