We were in urgent need of a replacement oven when Chris came to the rescue by locating, adapting and supplying a suitable oven at a realistic price. He than arranged for very prompt delivery. Our chef was able to continue with all planned events. Panic over - thanks to Chris and Caterquip!

Let’s get one thing straight. I’m not even from the UK. If these guys can help me out and provide a great service to an overseas client, then anyone in the UK looking for catering equipqment has got it made. With Caterquip, this is what you get - crazy selection of equipment, excellent refurbished condition, very good prices and seriously awesome service from Paul (thank you for the email updates with the sneak preview offers by the way, Paul). I just wish they could come over and do the installs for me. Now that would be perfection. Honestly, I cannot recommend these guys enough. Damn straight. Thank you so much for everything.

Had to buy some stock quite cheap and was concerned about the quality with it being second hand. How ever i would not have even known. the guys were brilliant helping us load it into where it needed to be and they turn up on time with no problems. would recommend 100%

Paul's personal service and attention to detail is what keeps me returning. Only owning one premises means I am a small insignificant customer but Caterquip and Paul find the time to understand the right level of product for my business's needs. Explanations of the brand and product differences are detailed allowing me to make an informed decision. If the right option is not available, I am advised to go elsewhere or if I can, wait for a week as something more appropriate is coming in, such is the willingness to fit the right product to the customer (as happened with a Fryer this week). I have bought ovens, chest freezer and fridges with no issues with delivery or condition. The only point would be that the website is not always up to date, so I would always urge someone to ring up if what they might be after does not seem to be available. Thank you for your support. I had rather a shakey start with this company (hence the 4 stars rather than 5) to say the least. The product I ordered was not in stock, a replacement was sent and there was a mis-understanding and then a delay of a refund. Everybody I spoke to was actually very friendly during this time but didn't sort out what I needed sorting! However, after a small amount of time and a grumpy review rant, the big boss got in touch. He'd not known about this issue at all, (having been away) and once made aware he placed a super charming phone call (he seems like a really nice bloke!) and promptly refunded the amount I was expecting. Needless to say, this made me happy. The product I have does the job and is well worth what I paid for it. I highly recommend this company for their customer service, friendly approach and effort made to sort out a possibly horrible situation. I really would order from them again too!

I purchased a whole kitchen earlier in the year, Caterquip saved me a fortune, rather than buying new. There were some initial problems with a few of the items, but nothing Major one of the fridges for some reason was playing up for a while but in the end they swapped it over for another one problem solved, I would recommend any one to give Caterquip a go, they are friendly and very helpful, but most of all saved me a lot of money.
