Thank-you for all your help with the build up to the wedding. From start to finish the communication was quick and informative with everything we needed. The team on the day were fantastic, they were so friendly and approachable. Everything was discreetly done around everything that was going on and everyone has commented on how efficient and kind the staff were. The food was lovely from the canapés to the hog roasts, the meat was cooked to perfection and there was plenty of it so everyone was happy! Very impressive catering, I was initially sceptical when my partner suggested using a form of catering I'd previously associated with outdoor events for an indoor party, but it worked a treat. The range of freshly roasted meat kept everyone happy and had many people queuing up for more. If there was something to criticise it'd be that it makes my previous attempts at spitroasting look positively amateur, though the chef pointed out to me that they also hire out the roasting machines for self-service and I'm seriously tempted to try it out this Christmas.
