S. R.Amazing to find this being made locally. The kimchi is full of flavour, not too spicy and with a hint of sweetness. Crisp and fresh. I have eaten it straight out of the pack (once open, it's hard to walk past the fridge without sneaking a quick forkful 😊). I've also made kimchi fried rice and kimchi pancakes with it.

T. M. B.Have you ever craved something you’ve never had? That’s me and marinated crab (Gejang), so I was beyond excited when I found this website that does authentic soy sauce marinated crab. They arrived very well packaged, still cold and fresh. I enjoyed the Gejang with some steamed rice, roasted seaweed and kimchi stew- it was amazing! This was my first time trying this, and I was not disappointed. Great flavour and quality for the prize, and you can definitely tell it was made with love😄

A. Z.We are 4 friends and we just did Miyoung's vegetarian cookery evening. We made Korean 'tapas' or several small dishes, which we ate together at the end of the cookery session. All the dishes were fantastic. Delicious and replicable (I think!) at home. Miyoung is really lovely and interesting and told us lots about Korean cooking and culture. It was a fab evening and I'm totally stuffed now! Very highly recommended!

A. P.When I was a student in 2010, I used to live in South Korea. I absolutely fell in love with Korean cuisine. And since then I have tried to find proper Korean food outside Korea. Especially kimchi :) so when I have tasted Miyoung’s kimchi it was like Bang !!! I returned to my 2010. Absolutely amazing taste! It’s exactly how it should be. If you know what I am talking about.
S. R.I cannot say enough of what an amazing job this lady is doing. I am a big “foody” person and enjoy trying new things. Having lived in Reading for more than 20 years now, I constantly complain to my friends on what bland options we have in the area in terms of restaurants/take aways/etc.
Having tried her amazing Kimchi (which I absolutely love following a number of trips to Korea), I went on to try various sauces/etc. - everything was spot on and delicious.
If you enjoy healthy Asian food or just like trying new things as I do, its a must to consider.

E. T.Miyoung is a great cook and teacher. Her mother taught her to be so precise and efficient in her cooking and all her pans and surfaces have to be scrubbed meticulously. She made dinner for my family this weekend and it was heavenly. Everything is so light and perfectly made. I just wish she lived in our kitchen!
This is another review from me two weeks after my first one: Miyoung, that was a stupendous meal, thank you! The crunch of the cabbage, the spiciness pf the chicken, the smooth and crunchiness of the pad Thai -- it was amazing. Thank you so much!

I just love this Ssamjang. It is fantastic. I like to eat Ssam, and so eat Ssamjang all the time. I really want thumbs-up for it. You are not going to regret it.
My second choice is Docgalbi sauce. I am not confident with my cooking. Cooking is challenging to me and I am not confident with my dishes, because my husband does not like them and complains about the taste. You know what? Yesterday, He said my Docgalbi tasted good. He liked it. Of course, I used Miyoung's Docgalbi sauce not anything else. I have already made the second order for Docgalbi sauce.
Actually I did not taste the Bulgogi sauce because I sent it to my British friends in Portsmouth and Worcester. They enjoyed it and have another expectation to me. I am neglecting them. Hahaha

D. C.The kimchi from here is amazing! Ever since getting in to kdramas, and seeing kimchi come up so many times, I've been trying to find some good kimchi. Jongga is really good but very hard to get here. This is way better than Jongga! Seriously, try it! Also, I enjoyed the personal note in the order too.
I'm seriously considering the kimchi making class after Covid blows over!

Came on next day delivery and I just had to try some immediately, was very good and very tasty

Thai red curry v good as are the Sushi rolls and Mandu. If you want a real treat go for the chocolate cake, it is delicious!

There are a lot of Korean food that I miss while living in England. Among them, kimchi cannot be replaced with other ones. Kimchi from a large mart does not solve the longing any more.
But thanks to Miyoung Kimchi I ate today, I tasted my mom's kimchi that I ate as a child. It's been a while since it's been a long time, and it's possible in England.

영국에서 지내면서 그리운 한국 음식이 참 많다. 그 중에서도 김치는 다른 걸로 대체가안 된다. 대형 마트 출신 김치로는 더더욱 그리움이 해소가 되지 않는다.
그런데 오늘 먹은 Miyoung Kimchi 덕에 어릴 적 먹던 엄마 김치를 맛봤다. 제대로 쓴 재료에 제대로 된 양념, 너무 오랜만이라신박하다, 영국에서도 가능하다는 게.
