We hired Sear to cater for our wedding back in May 2020. Two COVID change of dates later Joe and Ryan totally knocked it out the park for our wedding over the August bank holiday 2021. Everything was delicious and the guys were so flexible and accommodating even through the challenges of planning a wedding during COVID. They customised the menu to suit our needs and made sure we had everything we were after. We went for the full works with canapés, three courses and evening food for 120 people and every plate the guys put out was incredible. The canapés were honestly second to none - try their buttermilk chicken with sriracha mayo! And our vegetarian and vegan guests also said it was the best wedding food they had had. Joe and Ryan are incredibly talented chefs and will undoubtedly be in high demand as Sear Events continues to go from strength to strength! Thanks guys - it was amazing.

Incredible!! Ryan at Sear did an epic job at catering for my husband's 30th Birthday! He listened to exactly what we wanted and went above and beyond to provide a sensational 2 course meal, from a pop up kitchen in our back garden. We can't wait for our next event so we can invite Sear back! Thank you so much!!

We had Sear for our wedding reception. Fantastic food, great vibe, really well organised. They made it a lovely day. Amazingly clever use of a small kitchen to bring out a range of delicious food that everyone praised. We also had their mobile bar and drinks package which went down very well. Their communication was great from start to finish and they were very accommodating to all our wedding cake management requests.
