Cozy little Nepali restro. Loved the food. Had Thupka soup and Mixed choumein, both were delicious and flavourful.

A limited menu, food was cooked well and served at good temperature, but when specific instructions are given to the kitchen on dishes such as make a dish spicier it should be followed. Nepalese lamb curry was tasty & tender but showed absolutlry no chilli heat what so ever. Needs to also focus on ensuring an offering of Nepalese desserts, rather than the 80's offering of 3 frozen bought in icecream based desserts from the cash and carry Considering the rest

My first visit to the Yak last night with a couple of friends, and found the food and service to be absolutely amazing, it was just so tasty and good, I just wanted more. It's a family run local place and they certainly know how to look after their customers. 100% will be returning to try many more dishes.

I loved my experience here, at Yak Himalayan Kitchen. The service is great, food amazing. Coming from Canada, where Nepalese restaurants are rare, I was pleased to discover their exquisite cuisine.

Excellent food and fantastic service! Family run business that made us feel very welcome. Momo was excellent, as was the Everest Lamb. Good portion sizes and good selection to choose from on the menu, and caters well for coeliacs / gluten free. Only downside was that we didn’t have room to try more of the menu, however we will most certainly be back again to do just that!

Absolutely love the food at Yak! I've picked up a few takeaways from here and has never disappointed me or my partner! Personal fave is the Himalayan Pork Belly with their signature fried rice. Also love the Momo Thukpa! Would highly recommend and will be bringing family to dine in soon.
