Absolutely superb from my first email contact with Chef Jerome to our last mouthful of exquisite coffee soufflé. I booked the 7 course tasting menu and wine flight for 4. As promised, everything was arranged by Chef Jerome, so as well as the most delightful tasting and beautifully presented food, no worries about plates, glasses or cutlery either. The end of the evening saw the kitchen tidier than it was before. Words can’t do our experience justice. Glance at the photos and be assured it tasted even better than it looks!

Once again Chef Jerome has aided one of the most memerable days of our lives. The barbaque that we had at our wedding reception was exceptional, the two outstanding items were the BBQ fish scewers and the BBQ pineapple. He managed with great aplomb to catter for both young children and adults with a menu that was internationally diverse and superb. He came with all that was necessary and left not a trace afterwards. In Nov.2021, my wife booked Jerome to cook a birthday dinner at a holiday chalet for my 70th birthday . Despite limited facilities, Jerome presented an amazing a la carte meal for 6 people with some very dainty canapés. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed each course. Jerome is a very personable chef and he left the kitchen spotless, much cleaner than he found it ! A most enjoyable and relaxing experience, we do not hesitate to recommend Jerome's services. Bob T.

Just back from a weekend away in Shropshire where Jerome and his team provided a most terrific celebratory meal for our large family gathering. Jerome and his team catered for my parent's 50th Wedding Anniversary celebrations this past weekend, producing a six course tasting menu with wine flight for 16 people. The food was uniformly excellent, from the canapés right through to dessert. A lot of thought had gone into the menu design and accompanying wines and the vegetarians in the group had also also been given generous thought. The meal was supported throughout by his wonderful team who managed us all with good humour and grace. The price of such amazing catering was also very reasonable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for private catering in the Shropshire area. Thank you Jerome!
