S. C.I sent an email to Dolce regarding a school dinner query I had about transferring money from one inactive (leaver) account to an active account. Within ten minutes I had a reply to the email and the money had been transferred from the inactive to the active account. Excellent customer service! Correspondence was very polite and professional and I can't reiterate how impressed I was by their promptness and professionalism (Thanks to Chloe in Customer Care!). Thank you Dolce!
