I received the most amazing hamper from Laraba Catering courtesy of my friend. It was an unexpected gift so that in itself blew my mind. The Hamper was HUGE and beautifully wrapped, there was even a balloon with 'Happy Birthday Toks' included, along with a handwritten note. It was a real spread of tasty Nigerian meals from Jollof Rice and Fried Rice to Efo Riro and small chops and so much more. ooh and a bottle of Prosecco too. I highly recommend this company and look forward to ordering from them myself. Great choice for catering, or if you want to bless a Nigerian brother or sister, order a hamper!

I hosted some friends to games night and Laraba provided great food for us in celebration of us coming together, after what has been a gruelling year. The food was delicious, including vegetarian options. My friends had great feedback and Laraba was incredibly professional in delivering this service. From providing the catering for our traditional engagement to having a tasting session for our wedding later this year absolutely nothing has fallen short. With myself being Nigerian and my partner being Caribbean each dish had authentic taste suited for each cuisine and culture and considering that Laraba Catering is mainly Nigerian cuisine, the Jerk chicken, curried goat, Escovitch fish, mac & cheese and rice and peas all tasted as expected. It's great to know that we don't need two caterers for our special day and future events. Laraba Catering is truly an all rounded service that can cater for groups large and small. Aunty Lara is also a person who puts her heart, soul and passion into everything she does. Thank you for everything so far!

I am based in America and was able to order for delivery in the Uk. The process was very easy and I was able to customize the order. Below is the review for the recipient. Nice colourful Xmas hamper packed with festive and traditional food. The Jolloff & Fried Rice was tasty. The Efo was delicious, fantastic texture and full of flavour. The pepper was spot on but would have liked a bit more egusi. The other prepacked products and the candle added a bit of class & panache to the hamper. Overall I would give the service 8/10 but my mother who is a professional caterers gives it a spanking 9/10 and has vowed to place more orders if the prices are reasonable.
