Steve was absolutely brilliant. Professionalism and brilliant caring of all us were totally perfect. The food was perfect. Great quality and presentation. He was caring of all the aspects of the party and doing everything on his own it was looking like to have a personal chef caring of the event. Once again thank you Steve and you will be again with us in one of our nice events!

We employed Steve and his team to cater for 60 guests at our Golden wedding anniversary garden party on 4th July. He was very accommodating when the Government delayed the unlocking and we decided to have two garden parties of 30 guests on the same day! Steve and his two servers were here for nearly 12 hours, cooking, serving and clearing up, and they were amazing! We had a Full Mediterranean style BBQ, with canapés, meze boards, 4 meats and fish, sides, salads, cheese board and mini desserts. Our guests were most impressed! The canapés were fun and the Pulled Lamb, Sicilian salmon and Coronation chicken were very spicy and tasty. The china plates and metal cutlery added a touch of class! Steve arrived with the food ready to cook and took over our kitchen for the day, but at the end everything was cleaned and tidied up. We were very pleased with the Tremblay Xperience provided and warmly recommend their services.

Steve is a brilliant and very creative Chef..His food is very fresh, of generous portions with top quality ingredients. We had ordered Lamb tagine, couscous, side salad, teriyaki chicken, and finally, tiramisu to die for..our guests loved and enjoyed it so much.. Thankyou so much for cooking for our wedding, we had the best day with the most amazing food. The chef and team were really friendly and helpful and even babysat our nephew for a while. Steve and the team were excellent, managing to deal with last minute changes smoothly and without the guests even noticing. They got on with everything without having to ask which was perfect. The food was really delicious everyone enjoyed it. Would definitely recommend, thank you Steve.

Such a fabulous wedding meal I couldn’t recommend Steve and his team enough I would do it again I never tried private dining before it’s just such a treat all the dishes were superb And they were fun as well By the way I have ate in excellent restaurants before and this was as good as it gets
