Ali is both a brilliant chef and a really nice guy. He fitted in seamlessly at our dinner party that was a surprise for my girlfriends birthday. We chose the indian menu and the food was quite simply outstanding , beautifully cooked and presented. At the end of the evening Ali cleaned our kitchen leaving it as found. Thank you so much for making Kerry's birthday even more special. We look forward to seeing you again soon Mark

It's Saturday evening, and my lovey wife Tina tells me that were going some place to celebrate my birthday, maybe drinks, maybe dinner? I'll know later. We get ready and I'm told to wait in the bedroom. I do as I'm told, and then I hear the doorbell ring. Strangely Tina doesn't answer it, so I make my way to answer it myself. I open the door, and am greeted by a smiling face of a stranger. Recognising the look of confusion on my face, the smiling stranger starts to talk. "Hello Shaun. My name is Ali, and I'll be your personal Chef this evening!" I step back, invite him inside and point him in the direction of the kitchen. Tina & I follow behind, and I am greeted to the spectacular sight of a beautifully dressed dinner table, set for an evening of fantastic food cooked by Ali. Tina had arranged for Ali to cook his nine course menu for us. This consisted of: Roasted beef amuse bouche. Chicken ballotine starter. Pan fried scallops fish course. Chicken, chorizo and truffle pasta course. Pineapple & basil granita sorbet palate cleanser. Ribeye steak main course. Pine nut & Italian hard cheese polenta. Egg & soldiers meringue pre dessert. Dark chocolate lava fondant dessert. Each and every dish was delicious. My personal favourite was the pasta course, it was amazing! Not only did Ali create a fantastic menu, but he cooked everything perfectly. By the time the evening was over, you wouldn't have even known he'd been there. The kitchen was spotless, and every pan put back in its place. We highly recommend Sinin's Kitchen. If your having a special event, or even if you don't want to slave away in the kitchen over that Sunday roast, give Ali a call, you won't regret it. Sinin's Kitchen were professional, friendly and competitively priced. We'll definitely be using them again. We've attached some photos, but they do not do Ali's food justice. We'll just have to get you back to take some better photos!

Ali was absolutely brilliant. From the moment I reached out he was super accommodating and responded quickly. Every dish he prepared was enjoyed by all and he was brilliant at catering for one person in the party with severe allergies. It was great to get to chat to Ali and watch him prepare, he was professional the whole time and left the kitchen sparkling! We would 100% recommend him, and look forward to using him again. Ali did a fantastic job catering for 17 guests at a birthday dinner party. Excellent food (canapés and three course meal) which was presented and served beautifully. Ali and his assistant were charming and calm throughout and made the whole evening a delightfully relaxed experience. I recommend Ali highly.

Ali was the perfect chef. I found him via Google and based my decision on his reviews and they were not wrong. He is polite, adaptable to requests, very relaxed but with confidence. He arrived early and just got on with it. Before long our food was ready, I had chosen Lebanese and Indian dishes, all meat and vegetables were cooked on his state of the art bbq. His food was lovingly prepared and cooked to perfection. We were a group of 10 and everyone enjoyed the food along with chatting to Ali. He cleaned and tidied up and left us with full tummy’s and very happy people. I fully recommend Ali and his services, we will be using him again.

We hired Ali to cater for our DIY wedding of 70 people, he was brilliant throughout, creating a bespoke menu for us that was excellent. He had great communication while we were planning the day which was very reassuring and was able to help source staff at short notice to help us run all aspects of the day smoothly. This was an exceptionally nice experience. Ali did a great job not only cooking but also engaging with all the guests throughout the evening. He spent time explaining the courses to the younger quests and clearly has a passion for his craft. An unexpected bonus was that he left the kitchen as he had found it, neat and tidy. I booked Sinin’s Kitchen and Catering to celebrate my 60th birthday on New Year’s Eve with friends and family. I was made to feel very special and everyone had a fantastic evening with a superb four course menu. The food was amazing, chef Ali was very professional, friendly and polite. Ali was extremely helpful, from my first contact - advising on menu choices and accommodating all food allergies. On the evening itself he arrived on time and was very courteous, he quickly familiarised himself with the kitchen and dining room and then set about creating his magic! Ali served and introduced each delicious course and left the kitchen pristine. I highly recommend Ali and would definitely book with Sinin’s Kitchen and Catering again.

We had a delicious meal cooked by Ali yesterday for my friends hen party. It is the second time Ali has cooked for us and as always, it didn’t disappoint! Ali came at short notice after we had another company cancel last minute. He tailored the menu to meet our nights theme and it was amazing! Sinins Kitchen are brilliant! Ali is an absolute delight to deal with. We hired him for my birthday which was a Mexican theme and he certainly delivered. He catered for all dietary requirements and was very very accommodating. He made the most amazing chilli with all the sides, the salsa was amazing and then to top it all of he tidied up after himself and left my kitchen spotless. I couldn't recommend Ali more! Ali came to a holiday home we had hired in Sussex and cooked a three course meal of our choosing for seven adults and two children. From the moment he answered my request to when he left he was super professional and couldn't do more to help. The food was brilliant and all the guests commented on the quality of the cooking. On top of the food his service and how clean the kitchen was when he left was impeccable. I hope to use Ali again at some point and would highly recommend him.

We had Ali come to our Airbnb house last Saturday evening and cook for 9 of us as it was my 30th birthday. He was very professional, also very patient with us when we took ages getting ready!! The food was lovely, really nice size portions, good quality ingredients and great flavours. Ali did an amazing job of the serving and washing up too. We couldn’t fault him. An added bonus was he is a lovely person too and very nice to talk to, it was good to hear about why he started his business and why it is called what it is. Not only was the food amazing, but Ali was professional throughout the whole process. From helping adjust the menu to our liking - to turning up on time and just being friendly and polite during the event. We would definitely book with Sinin’s Kitchen and Catering again.
