Been here a few times over the years. My last visit (a month ago ish) it was for having my sons iPad charging port replaced. Dropped it off and collected it a few days later (particular part needed ordering). In my rush to get it back to my son I didn’t check that the screen worked (as it wasn’t the part changed), got home (nearly an hours drive) and half of the screen wasn’t working. Long story short I rang back and we sorted getting it back to them and they replaced the screen straight away (even though they should have been closed) with no charge as it must have happened when putting it back together after original repair. Fantastic service and would always go back here even when there are other repair shops nearer. I trust these guys and have always done a great job.

Highly recommend after replacing my phone's charging port. Professional and friendly couple. They have a good process for recording agreed work to be carried out and and a turnaround time of 1 hour on this particular task. New port is operating well and all done at a reasonable price. Had to get my screen fixed while on holiday and these were the people who made me feel at ease and happy for them to have my phone for a few days. Expertly done, no issues and really helpful. There were a couple of other repair shops in the town but this shop won hands down on trust from the outset. Very friendly and welcoming. There is also access from the Market side of the shop.

Took our iPad in after dropping it from car roof, asked if they could recover the pictures etc. As they were not backed up. Went one better than that, got got it fully working again and looking like new. Very reasonable price and very very helpful. Thank you mobile man we have now bought extra iCloud and backed up all the pictures just in case 😀
